COVID 19 Meeting Room Capacity
COVID verbiage - Could there be a formal notice included when booking a meeting room that relates to COVID capacities?
For example, Due to COVID, seating for the meeting rooms has been reduced. Seats are positioned to maintain physical distancing. Staff are expected to maintain a minimum of 2 meters between themselves and others. Please exit one at a time.
