Unauthorized parking space occupancy reporting system.
Penalty points for a person who takes someone else's seat against their reservation. Why? The person to whom the seat has been taken will himself take it to someone else - that will causes a mess.
5 penalty points per month resulting in a booking block for the next month will handle it ;)
