Can Condeco show the floor seating positions of Fire Wardens and First Aid Officers?

First Aid & Fire Marshal status to an individuals condeco profile, so we can see from Condeco on a daily basis where these people sit and if they are in the office or not.

This would be useful. Currently we're leveraging the Department field to denote fire wardens, but we'd like to get away from that.

In Condeco the find a colleague option is quite a good idea, just wondering if it could be taken 1 step further with a role to be searched for? such as First Aider / Fire Marshall etc.. the roles are available in the system in the profile page so linking them as with Covid people are going back to the office and don't know every role, first aider, quick search find where they are and get them

It would be very useful to be able to mark users as first aiders / fire marshalls / mental health first aiders within user profiles. This could then display clearly on the booking grid (via a symbol or colour code) and via reporting, to show when these users are in the office and at which desk they are sat. It would also be useful to be able to search for these roles to quickly locate the users in question.

To have a list of key people with contact details, for each site, visible at all times to all users
For example - to allow people to see all qualified first-aiders booked in as present at any site, at any time (ditto fire marshals etc). -

It would be helpful to add feature to a person like a first aider, fire warden, mental health first aider, Line manager, etc

This would be really helpful in terms of Health & Safety and could be added as an option on user profiles. Alongside reporting it would also be beneficial if First Aiders/Floor Marshalls had their own specific icon on the floor plan views for desks.

Good idea. Regulations demand us to make sure, that first aiders and fire wardens are present on any floor. Right now it's only possible to give these people flexi-desks.

It would be great if someone can use the search a colleague function to search for a first aider. The information that someone is a first aider is available in the profile, but not searchable

This is actually really smart, especially during these times where we're implementing a phased return. The members of staff that are wardens/medical officers, may be in a lot less frequent than the building requires. This could cause issues IF there ever was any emergancies.

Have the ability to show firewardens or medical officers on the floor plan with a different Icon and be able to mark in a users properties they are a fire warden or medical officer.

We would like to have an option to ask people whether they are a First Aider or Fire Warden in Condeco when booking the desk
We would then need to be able to run a report so we would know whether we have First Aiders and Fire Wardens in the building

Can the desk booking solution have user roles - such as, Medic or fire warden, or any of the important emergency personell in the office, so that when people search of an emergency personel it will be searchable on the grid or floor plan.
