Profile editing
Profiles need to recognise Skype (0300) numbers. At present they aren't accepted meaning contact details on my bookings do not work.

quantity of the product and the number of participants
When booking with 5 participants, a product is then added, the quantity of the product is equated with the number of participants.
If the number of participants is subsequently changed, Condeco does not automatically adjust the amount of the product.
We expect Condeco Catering to automatically adjust the quantities of products. But only if the number has not been changed manually beforehand.
Example:
5 participants and 5 cakes (amount transferred automatically); minus 1 participant = 4 participants and 4 cakes

Ability to book a meeting space starting in the past
Provide a configuration option to allow meeting space bookings to start in the past. Example: I want to book a huddle room from 10-4 today to work in but it's 10:05. I want to be able to start the booking at 10am which would be 5 minutes in the past.

No users freindly
We are unable to add any catering requirement's once a meeting is in progress.
We have to make a complete separate booking.

Today Page choices
I like the Today Page but it would be good to be able to choose not to have it open by default every time I log in. Is that already possible? If not then can I add it as a suggestion?

Personal space half day booking
It would be a huge benefit if we could book a personal space for the morning or afternoon. Currently we can only book for the whole day. Without this option, many desks are left vacant for half a day.

Remove Today Page
Allow users to opt out of the initial Today Page. I only ever use the site for specific tasks and don't need reminding that on 99% of the days, I have no reservations.

Parking and Desk Bookings...
How about we make it easy to book both a car parking space and a desk, as opposed to one or the other? Trying to book a desk but being told you already have a booked (to park the car) isn't helpful...

Floor plan view across different days
Allow users to view desk availability via the floor plan across different days to see which desks are free e.g. users will be able to select a date on the floor plan view and view free desks and allow to book

Favourites list
Allow users to create 'favourites' list, where they can add their colleagues/managers and have a notification system when a desk is booked by anyone in the favourites list.

Laptop connections should not bump the desk
There is no option to check in the desk, for those who are connecting via laptop the desk gets bumped at 11. We should have an option to check in manually

create a report about the bookings of the last year / retroactive analysis - for German tax declaration (to see the exact dates, a user checked in on a booked desk).
