  1. Log all the actions of admin users

    Essentially a full audit log for users and admins to get transparency on what happened to the booking.
    We would like a way to ensure all admin actions can be tracked which is a security risk as any malicious action is untraceable. It also allows us to know who to inform when accident changes happen

  2. Booking Summary: Make it easier for admin/users to see what has been amended

    Provider better information within the booking summary.

    Under each update within the summary, provide information as to what has been amended during this update.

    The booking summary form should show if an action was done through the web portal or the Outlook add-in. This would help us troubleshoot issues related to the Outlook add in

    Overall it makes it much clearer for an admin to understand what has been added when, and whether we were aware of certain requirements before the most recent booking update.

  3. Ability for users to see their past bookings

    Currently users can view their current and future bookings, but are unable to review past bookings. It would be helpful for users to view past bookings.

  4. Email notification in HTML Format

    Room Booking confirmation/notification to be sent as HTML or Rich Text format to make it look more professional.

    We want to add company logo and formatted text to emphasize important information.

    We want to include important web links such as office location.

    We also want to include some infographics in the email if possible.

    Recommendation feature for both 'Quick room search' and 'Find a Room'

    How it works:
    If there's no room available based on inputted search parameter(s), show the next best alternative date/time slots

    Reason:
    Meeting rooms, especially training rooms, in our organization is a scarce commodity.
    While it's possible to rely on e.g. advanced grid, it's much more efficient and convenient if the system can directly list alternatives upfront

  6. Allow users to book monthly meetings on weekdays other than just the first and last weeks of the month

  7. Enable Admins to Restrict Booking Time by Group

    Enable admins to set restrictions on booking times for groups. For example, for a group "Huddle Rooms" enable admins to restrict users to booking for 4 hours or less. Include a second option to only enable users to book the huddle room once per day.

  8. Ability to decline from seeing alternative rooms when making a recurring booking

    When making a reccurring booking if the room is already booked on a few dates we would like to be able to decline seeing the alternative room option so we can continue with just the dates that can be booked into the selected room

  9. Visibility of the booking history

    For each booking it would be useful (and very helpful) to get visibility of the booking history.

    Similar data to this is included in a booking trace via the SaaS team when requested, but this information could be easily formatted and presented via the application, so people understand what has happened to the booking during its lifecycle.

    Details such as:
    1. What was changed in a booking
2. Quantity (if applicable)
3. Changes to the service item times
4. When the booking was created
5. Who created the booking and when
6. Who modified the booking and what did they do

  10. Relax Find Bookings search criteria, e.g. allow search by date only.

    All fields should be searchable rather than a combination of those fields.

    In some cases, if an admin accidentally deletes the booking, it would be good to be able to search for just cancelled requests / deleted bookings on a given

    I want to be able to confirm if bookings have been scheduled for an individual for a 12 month period in the past/future.

    This makes it easy to say “These are the dates you scheduled, and these are the rooms you are in”

    Everyday users don’t know the exact date and usually give a rough date…

  14. Linked room bookings as 'one' booking

    Our users have asked if linked bookings could show as 'one' booking on summary page rather than individual bookings.

    This is especially useful for room bookings with varying services, catering and times. Being able see it under a single reference makes it easier for the team to manage.

  16. Ability to update meeting title and add attendees when no change is being made to food/service items

    We are having this issue only when changes have been made to a booking with food/service items attached to it that are within the food/service item notice period. The validation of food/service item is triggering even though no changes have been made to food/service items

    Our users are also seeing an irrelevant error message (an error message about food/service item) when they change they are making is to the meeting title or attendees

  17. Cost Code Smart Search

    Multiple clients have requested for the introduction of a smart search//lookup for the cost code field.

    One of our law firm clients has over 10k costs codes with 15 unique characters in length. Due to the length of the cost codes, there is a high possibility of user error, therefore a smart search would help reduce user error.

    The client would like there to be a smart/contextual similar to smart search on the Host/Requestor fields.

    This is a key requirement for the client and I believe it would benefit many other clients who heavily use Cost Codes.

  20. Pending bookings that are amended should not require approval for minor changes

    When a managed booking has been confirmed it's appearing on the ABG but when a user is amending the booking, it is disappearing from the ABG.
    If the time of the meeting changed, it's normal that it's not appearing in the ABG, but if the user just add or removed services, it should stay on the ABG.
