    Hi, In the Configuration menu Application setup > Resource type > All day personal spaces > Country > Location
    We want to have a button to be able to export in format (excel or csv) the list of all the resources that are displayed in the pages of the Resource Administration.

  2. Linked meeting spaces need to be counted as one space versus separate spaces

    When we are trying to calculate total "events" for the year, our numbers are thrown off because Condeco counts each linked meeting space as an individual space and we need any bookings with a linked meeting space to be counted as one single booking

  4. Ability to disable the checkbox for "Add to your Outlook Calendar"

    Ability to disable the checkbox for "Add to your Outlook Calendar" from the Condeco web portal.

    Our user base is used to sending the invite from Outlook and inviting the room in that invite. When another invite gets sent from Condeco, it causes issues with the Teams equipment in the room with the two conflicting.

  6. Make holidays visible to users who are booking a room

    Provide a way to publish or show holidays on the booking grid to reminder users of upcoming holidays to avoid booking an event on a holiday? We do not want to prevent the booking but just remind the user of the possible conflict. An administrator should be able to add the desired holidays so it could include federal holidays, local holidays, religious holidays, etc.

    Ability to see Fire Marshalls & First Aiders at other locations in the search - not just home location. Some of our sites have multiple buildings/locations and we need to be able to search for first aiders across all buildings, not just our default location. Also, can we please have the ability to rename "Fire Marshall" to "fire or emergency warden"

  9. Meeting room requirement reminders

    I would like to suggest adding a setting in Condeco that sends automated reminders to individuals responsible for adding equipment, changing rooms, etc. or something similar.

    This feature would function similarly to the "bump" emails sent for desk check-ins, helping those responsible for room setups by notifying them of bookings, rather than requiring constant manual checks of meeting spaces.

  10. Meeting room maps available in the plug-in

    We would like our customers to be able to view a meeting room map/floorplan when they are booking meeting rooms using the plug-in versus having to go to the desktop version to view a map/floorplan. A weblink to a floorplan in the plug-in would be helpful.

  11. Filter on Groups in Request Module

    We got multiple managed groups under one location. It’s only possible to filter using either location or workspace type in Request module. It would be easier for our teams to manage requests if it was also possible to filter based on Group. Since we are using multiple workspace types for one group, it becomes frustrating to always have to filter on each workspace type.

  12. Meeting attendee check-in confirmation of attendance

    When a meeting is booked that has attendees assigned to it some method that allows the attendees to check-in to confirm they attended. Storing this data so that it can be checked that a person arrived and attended a specific meeting. Check-in could be on mobile app or screen for example.

  14. Have the ability to 'untick' by default to all users not just admins

    There should be a option to enable the 'untick' button to sync to calendar for all users not just administrators. Staff are forgetting to untick this option, and we have had several issues with bookings being accidentally cancelled. In a most recent staff survey, we had over 150 requests to have this functionality removed.

  16. How can I stop a user from ordering catering 24hours in advance - 540332

    Hello, I’m providing an update on a previously discussed idea. Contrary to earlier claims, this feature is not yet available, as confirmed by Condeco representatives. We need the ability for users to book rooms without services blocking the booking process. Currently, setting a 'setup time' for vendors inadvertently blocks the room, which is not ideal. Our aim is to require 24 hours' notice for catering services, not for room bookings.

    Can an API endpoint be created for meeting room check ins? We have an automated process in place to check in users today when they arrive to the office. We want to offer the option for the user to allow check ins for their reserved meeting room books when checked into the office. Thank you.

  19. Equipment mailbox integration with "Add to your Outlook Calendar" unchecked

    Can the equipment integration continue to be supported when "Add to your Outlook calendar" is unchecked in Condeco Web?

    We have a team that manages room bookings within the business who exclusively use Condeco Web.

    While the "Add to your Outlook calendar" makes sense for individuals managing their own bookings it is clearly not applicable for our booking team to have hundreds of is meetings in their personal calendars that they have booked on behalf of others.
    Therefore, by default, the team uncheck "Add to your Outlook calendar" (as Admins the default state of this is unchecked)

  20. autopopulate booking form

    Can the booking form autopopulate with info the user has previously inputted like email, 2nd contact phone number and cost code. This will make it quicker to place bookings as for most teams it will always be the same info.
