When this limit is reached, no additional rooms can be added to the appointment. arrangement desks on floorplan - down&upload x&y pixel position of desk
We have about 500 desks in the office, and to arrange the desks at the floorplan I had to click 1000 times to move the green dots to the right position.
However, these desks are never "well-arranged", there are always desks 1 pixel too high, 1 pixel too left etc.
Could you implement a function to download and upload the x&y positions of the desks? I would just need desk-name, x- and y-position; I could edit this (csv-) file (I could "move" the green dots by changing the numbers), and upload this file again.

Pop Up Notification when someone try's to book outside the "noticed required" period
We’ve set our "Notice Required" to 7 days, which helps manage our resources when staff availability is limited. However, it would be helpful if individuals attempting to book outside that window received a notification informing them of the restriction. Additionally, including a contact email in the notification would allow them to inquire about possible exceptions.
Currently, when someone tries to book beyond the allowed timeframe, they simply see that no rooms are available. This can be confusing, as they may assume all spaces are booked rather than realizing there is a restriction in place. A notification would provide clarity and…

Copying service items from one booking to another
We’d like the ability to duplicate services from one booking to another. For instance, if we have a predefined list of equipment services that will be reused in a different booking, it would be helpful to copy and paste them rather than re-entering each item manually again

Disable automatic room booking
Condceo is booking automatically a new room, when one meeting room is not free. This function needs to be switched off fot admins.

Restrict Advance booking period to all access levels.
Restrict Advance booking period to all access levels.
Currently this is set at 'Group' and only applies to 'User' access level.
We have 'group admins' who need to book further in advance than 'Users'. However, this is being abused and they are booking more than a year in advance. We would like 'Group Admins' to have an 'advance booking’ restriction against them also.
Maybe a new access level could be introduced (something like PA_Admin) and then each access level (apart from user which is controlled by group) have their own 'advanced booking' restriction.

Unify booking behavior between booking grid and booking form
At the moment, when booking a space directly on the booking grid, associated service items are not added unless the booking form is opened at least once.
The booking should behave in the same way whether or not you book on the grid or open the booking form.

Edit bookings older than 30 days - required for monthly reports
Currently you can only edit a booking within the last 30 days, Running reports at the beginning of the month for the previous month then doesn't have the data required on all bookings, this needs to be extended to a minimum of 45 days.

Block out Director rooms from booking system
Some rooms appear on the room booking system (eg F526 and F626) but these are actually Director rooms and you are kicked out if you try to go to these rooms, even though you have booked a room on the system. DIrector rooms should be flagged on the system and people should not be able to book them as it has caused lots of issues eg interviews having to be delayed because the panel are kicked out the meeting room booked.

Could you implement an auto-generated email to say that all available desks are booked and sent immediately after an office becomes 100% full? This would be a one-off email; we would ask people to add themselves to the waiting list

Could you provide an auto-generated email sent 2 days before someone has a desk booked to remind them they have a desk booked and to cancel if not needed? Ideally, we would be able to control which office this reminder email is generated for, e.g. we turn it on for offices that are heavily booked, and it is off for other offices

Check connection to wall-mounts
Just a quick note ....I booked room 38026 today, (2/25), for 12-1p, and received an email confirmation. but upon arriving at the room the schedule panel still showed 'Available' and those occupying wouldn't leave. So there may be some kind of lag and/or service interruption between the reservation system and the wall-mounted schedulers outside the rooms.

Site announcement for specific day bookings.
For example, if there are noisy building works you could make people aware of that at the time of booking so they can make a judgement call on whether to book in or not.
