I need to be able to book the same desk repeatedly for certain period of time. I'd like to make my favorite desk(s) to simplify booking; need touch Id/face integration; need to be able to magnify the floor plan and see the space number

Hello First name
Hi!
Currently when I open the web page I'm greeted with Hello Surname, I think It would read much better as Hello First name if there are no current plans to get this changed in the near future.

Street name
Can you indicate the name of the street for each side of the floor plan. this would enable users to know what is quickest route to the desk/meeting site

Change room button in smart calendar
Would be great to have a Change room button when a room is booked to edit the booking instead of deleting the booking and create a new one

Annoying lack of bulk resource management
It is infuriating that we can't do bulk edits i.e. select 2 or more items in the desk resource list and change their group or zone or apply standard fixed desk start and end dates.

Booking confirmation
Upon making a desk booking, instead of getting a confirmation email, could we get a note in our calendar on the day(s) of the booking i.e. for instance maybe a reminder at 7.30am 'you are booked in desk number XX'

Dock Identification on Desk
For desk booking in Brisbane, Australia it would be great to show what type of dock is on the desk as they are not all compatible with the laptops that we have.

Quicker access to "Find a Colleague"
Suggestion: Landing page should have a direct link to "find a colleague." When I log in most of the time I am looking to find where my colleagues are, not trying to see my status for "today."

Allow a link or download of bookings into a calendar app, such as Google Calendar.

Different methodology of booking and UI change
In regards to booking workspace, instead of having multiple links or even a long list of workspaces, I would suggest one link with the remainder of seats available. It could create less confusion to the users and they would know how many seats are remaining before booking a workspace

Good HTML title for login page
Hi. Could you please add a html title at your login page (https://vwif-trial.condecosoftware.com/Login/Login.aspx)? The most useful title would be simply "Condeco login". In my case, I am using an password manager tool, which covers the window title to insert the right credentials (Keepass).

searching engine & unnecesary date time change
Hi Team,
the search option itself changes the date when I change floors in the given location. Let's say I have chosen floor no 4 and I am looking for a room for 14th July at 10:30 - 11:30, but when the room is missing &I change the floor, the system itself changes the date to today, and to a random time which can cause that you can make a mistake and there is a lot of unnecessary clicking because the date & time has to be set again for each floor. Usecase:
Erweiterte Ăśbersicht
Standort, Etage, Arbeitsplatz (Raum) ausgewählt.
Bereiche zur Tabelle hinzufĂĽgen liefert seit dem Update keine Ergebnisse mehr.Pls fix

Meeting Rooms
With the latest update, any Managed room is automatically called "Meeting Room". We use rooms for non- meeting room space; there should be more options, even if it is just "Other".

Provide date ranges for future bookings, so employees/personnel can book a week in advance.
