  2. Toolbar Layout

    Desk booking should be above room booking on the left-hand toolbar. It is more used and users are most likely booking a desk before they are booking a room.

  3. Office Closures/User Notifications

    When you close a location for holiday or any other reason users should see that no desks are available due to the closure not just the notification that pops up now that says "no available desks" otherwise users may still come in thinking there is an issue with the app as opposed to being alerted it's a closed office.

  4. workplace changes within multi day booking

    Days/half day reservation within consecutive booking (e.g. one week) should be independently adjustable.

    Right now, I can not switch my workplace for one day if my booking was done for the whole week.

  7. Calendar booking invite

    The booking invite in the calendar should appear for the time booking was made. When I book a desk at 10 AM, the invite still shows up for 8 to 8:30 AM in my calendar. Also, the invite can only be 5 minutes, so as not to block the calendar.

  8. code to manually clear 'dirty' message on pucks

    I was informed that at the moment there is no code that can be manually entered on a desk screen (puck) that will change the screen from showing 'dirty' to standard ready screen. This would be a great feature to have as it would mean that cleaners could re-set the pucks as they clean rather than using the Vendor dashboard. At the moment, very few desks are being used so manually changing the pucks is quicker.

  14. Same day desk availability review

    Can't review desk availability on a day where you already have a booking (ie can't see what's available if you want to change your desk) without cancelling your original booking.
    It would be good to be able to see if any desks have become available on the day.

    All desks numbered with the number located in the same position on each desk for ease of reference. This will avoid a Staff member having to place their items down (on possible another desk) to locate the Map to locate their desk.
