  1. Floor Map always available for consultation

    Makes available to see the floor map even if you've already booked a desk.
    It would help to understand who will be in the office and where (to research surname by surname is hard)

  2. private groups in Condeco Room Finder are shown but must be private

    When a user is looking for a room with Condeco Room Finder, he is seeing that there are private groups which exists but they are not allowed to book on it.
    Those hidden groups shouldn't be visible to users who don't have permissions.

  3. Select Date not working

    Make the popup window for releasing a fixed desk bigger so you can actually see all of the calendar. Also make it possible to select other months. Currently today is 30 Dec and can only release my desk today and tomorrow (31 Dec) but I can't select January (or any other month) to release my desk next week

  4. Import Distribution groups to Condeco

    Right now it's only possible to map users to "Security" groups.

    We would like to also have this possibility with normal Distribution groups.

  6. improve how to close the information windows in Outlook add-in

    When using the Outlook add-in, when user check informations about a room or a services, the window is hard to close (user has to scroll down) but in the web application, user can press the X button to close it.

  9. Updating Booking Grid

    More options for status:

    1. no-show
    2. cancelled

    Please add more colours for the bookings as well.

    Zooming out should be available to be able to see the whole calendar for a chosen day.
    At the moment the calendar is to zoomed-in. O would like to have an option to see the whole day (from 7am until 8pm at least).

  10. Combine Desk Booking with Building ID card system

    Integrate the desk booking system with the building ID card access system. If an employee is on site without a desk booking, Condeco will receive a notification that they have not booked a desk and a reminder can be sent to the employee.

    Drill down into groups via drop down is inefficient. I suggest making 1 click shortcuts or something similar to side navigation.

  19. Booking ahead

    Please can we allow bookings more than a month ahead? I can only see bookings for December. If nothing else, can this be on a rolling monthly basis and not only on calendar month i.e. so from next week, I could book a month ahead. Thank you.

  20. Ability to edit Exchange room bookings

    Ability to edit Exchange room bookings in Condeco and visa versa.

    At the moment you can only edit the booking at the source: Condeco OR Exchange
