Dashboard to keep the view settings from previous sessions
It would be good if the dashboard remembered the "Show records per page" settings. If the vendor changes this view to 100 then they log out they have to reset the view to 100 after log in again and it is an inconvenience.

Option to delete vendor
we have an option to put a vendor as inactive when the user as left the business. an option to delete that vendor would be great

Vendor Information by email
Hi. I created FI - Video Konferenz Technik as a vendor. (In House) - Vendor must be informed by email 4 days in advance in case a Video Conferenze takes place to assist the same. It does not makes sense to informe Vendor more than 4 days in advance in case of delays, changes or other reasons. But vendor receives still booking confirmations when conferences are booked. may be 6 monthes earlier, as this makes no sense at all. How can we avoid that? Vendor should only receive Vendor notifications 4 or 5 days before a meeting with service Equipment…

Add 'Clean' to the task description
On cleaning dashboard there is no reference made to cleaning. Please state Clean or Cleaning Required on the task or the dashboard

Characters number to be raised so that room names and setup appear at the same time
If the room name and setup style is exceeding a certain limit of characters then the rest text will truncated and only be visible once cursor is hovered on it
Please can the characters number be raised so that room names and setup appear at the same time?
We use iPad's for the vendor screen and at the moment we cannot see setups. on

Vendor Dashboard - Cancelled Items
Cancelled bookings items come through on the dashboard as cancelled which has to be accepted.
It would be good if there could also be a pop-up message to alert the vendor on the main booking grid that there is cancelled service item on the dashboard.4 votes -
Dashboard - Job Status Colours
On the new look dashboard it would be ideal if the job status colour was indicated on the whole row and not just a small bar on the left hand side.
Teams do not have the capacity to sit and watch the dashboard all day and now it is harder for them to see new jobs etc from a distance.2 votes -
Vendor Dashboard - Update Selected
On the new look dashboard there is new button called "Update Selected" which only works for resource type Desks.
Please can this be enabled to work with resource type Rooms also.
If not possible it would be better not to display the button when Rooms is resource type selected.

Vendor Dashboard - Item Notes
There is an option to make a “note” regarding a service item.
The note option is for every single item.
It would be more convenient to limit the notes to only the room. That way you have an easy overview and they won’t get lost3 votes -
Vendor Dashboard - Status Changes in Groups
Currently a vendor can change the status of new requested to accepted for a group of requests rather than having to update each request individually.
It would be good if the other stages of requests could be **** in groups rather than having to update individually, especially collected.3 votes -
Notes on Jobs on Dashboard
When a vendor has a job with a note attached they have to click and open the job to see the note.
It would be good if the vendor could also hover on the job and have a quick view of the note.3 votes -
Highlight changes/cancellations/room swap on vendor dashboard
When a requestor changes their booking in any way (moving their meeting to a different room, deleting their booking, changing quanitties/service items etc) this should be visually highlighted on the dashboard so it's immediately obvious to the vendor that something has changed. Also, it would be good to show WHAT has changed when they click on that booking to investigate. An e-mail is not useful for large operational kitchens, no-one is sat waiting to see if something has moved/been ammended. Also, the e-mail doesn't highlight what has changed anyway so it's really unhelpful. Make the dashboard be the singular source…

Filter Items on Dashboard
There currently is not a option to filter the vendor jobs by actual items.
It would be good if catering could filter the items ie a chef only wants to see food items that they have to prepare they are not interested in beverages. Different chefs look after different food items too sandwich chef only wants to see job where sandwiches are required etc.2 votes -
Add room setup to printout of a room in vendor management
Add room setup to printout document of a single Room in the 'All services' overview.
If we click on 'printer friendly version', the room setup is included in this printout. So why don't you include this on the printout of a single room ??

Mobile app for the Vendor Portal
I'd like to see Condeco add a mobile app for the Vendor Portal. We have may staff that must stay a ****** of ever-changing room reservations and service needs. Having a mobile app that was designed to display and allow interaction from a smartphone while in the field away from a PC would be very helpful.
I realize the website can be accessed, but it can be challenging to navigate and use properly on a small phone screen. We find apps, when properly designed, just function better and would in this case benefit or mobile staff helping them to stay…
25 votesWe are looking at making the vendor dashboard responsive on a mobile or tablet. It will be a simplified UI and so not all functionality will be available in this view.

Catering should be able to change the status from Collected to "x" in the event of a mistake
When Catering marks a request as "Collected" it's filtered out into a different view, but if that change was made in error, there is no way to change it back from "Collected" to any of the other status options. Those status buttons should remain on the request window and Catering should have the ability to toggle between them.

Monthly view on the Vendor Dashboard
Would it be possible for the Vendors to view a month's worth of jobs and print these on the Vendor Dashboard so that they can plan appropriate resourcing.

The condeco server should pickup the local customer time & date and not a UTC time for vendor management/logging
The condeco server should pickup the local customer time & date and not a UTC time for vendor management/logging.
We had that issue already discussed with the condeco technical support:
The timezone for logging/managing vendor things appears to be fixed as UTC time (according to the support) and not our local time zone.
Logging for print etc. are set to UTC time zone, which appears always as a different time than our local time zone. This need to be a consistent process for logging/managing the time zones server wide/account setting wise (!) and not for every part of the system…

Delete vendor contacts
Currently vendors that are no longer active simply become 'inactive' which makes the lists grow very long over time. Since for a vendor to be deleted there is a charge incurred, it would be great for admins to be able to delete profiles as vendors come and go.

Vendor Dashboard Dropdowns
Could the front page of the vendor dashboard include a sub-group filter next to service type that would allow the results shown to be filtered by group, for example:
Service Type = Catering
Sub-Group = FoodThus the results set would only show food and not anything else, as long as you have this setup like this in the system configuration.
It's available in the printer friendly version, thus should also be shown in the main web app too.
