We need an option to show an at-a-glance view (ideally a clean web page that we can show on a large screen and on the intranet) of the floor plan showing the desk status but also who has booked each desk for that period/day. This is already partially available in the floor plan booking view but each desk must be clicked to display the details. We need to either display all of this info on the map at the same time, or simply show the desk names/numbers on the map with the status icons, with a list alongside showing todays bookings for each desk.
