Implementation of teams features
today the new team feature (Team Day) was presented, thank you very much, unfortunately this functionality is currently only available on mobile devices. We would like to use this functionality in the web frontend.

Assign desk for certain days on a weekly basis
We would like the ability to assign a desk to a person for certain days on a weekly basis and the desk could bookable for the non-assigned days.

How can a user confirm the customer’s data privacy policy?
For Privacy policy, Nokia can have their Privacy Policy configured in Condeco by our CLOPS team which would come up as an external link on the top bar. However a functionality to force users to accept or decline is not available.

meaning that by looking for colleague, the result is giving employees outside the location / resource group of user Permissions
that is a data privacy issue for Austria and Germany

Ability to find past bookings on the Grid
It would be ideal if past bookings were available on the desk grid.
(Similar to to meeting room grid)
Currently once a date has passed the booking disappears and the only to check for past bookings is to run a report.23 votes -
Check availabilty/Book Space via QR Code or report issue
Currently the application supports QR Code Check-In capability. We would like to expand the capability of the QR Code to allow for the space to be booked in addition to check-in. This will provide a fuller experience for users allowing them to quickly reserve a space without going through steps to search for the space within the mobile app.

Combine Meeting and Personal Booking Pages
The difference between the Meeting and Personal booking pages is simply a toggle. Both Screens have excessive negative space that would easily hold both.
Consider, combining them and making a meeting / Personal Toggle to enable the search filter. This would simplify the UI and allow better usage of the negative space.
Looking through other reviews, it seems making the floor plan of your choices on the right would be useful, or it could be a toggle to show the booking grid. Many options.

In Office schedule - Default Setting
Default setting for In-Office schedule is "Working Remotely" .
To update this staff need to open each day one by one and change status.
Could we have Global or User level setting to change this default?Alternatively, allow multi-select e.g. to change status for whole week/month

Ability to view colleagues desk bookings when using the mobile app
The business has raised a query to have the ability to view other colleagues bookings via the mobile app in the same way you can via the booking grid on the web app. This would be a helpful and worthwhile feature to make it easier for colleagues to make a decision on where to book their desk's.

Allow Users To Book Desk w/o Releasing Fixed Desk AND Allow User To Book Only 1 Desk
We want the ability for users with assigned fixed desks to both 1) be able to book desks at other locations without releasing their fixed desk and 2) only allow users to book one desk at one location

Users are able to book unlimited resources for the same day on non-default groups
Non-Default Groups like lockers, car spaces, etc. allow users to
book unlimited resources for the same day even when the settings (group settings) are set to limit the number of slots per week (e.g. 2 slots per week). There is no workaround and clients are not able to manage these spaces as expected.14 votes -
Make default Location, Resource Group, floor as required field for profile since users can't create an SSO account without them.
Currently a catch 22, conundrum exists in the app for new SSO users. They are required to select default Location, Group and Floor, but if the Resource Group is not open (Make Booking), then the group will not be displayed for the new user to select. The Location/Resource group admin can't add users to the resource group until the user exists. Our only option is to create a default location/group and floor for users so they can use it and then tell users to switch once they have been added to a Resource group. Add Global Admin profile to remove "Create User" button from the Manage User screen
When a site (like ours) is SSO, non-global admins should not be allowed to "Create User" since those are added as local users and not SSO users creating much confusion. Location and Group admins need ability to "Manage Users" since this is how users get more priv to Resource Groups, but having the button there is too temping for our Location and Resource admins when they don't find the person who needs to be added to their Resource group, then when the users logs in with SSO, they still don't have access to the resource group since their account (even…

If "FloorAlt. name" not null, use "FloorAlt.name" in all aspects of the app, do not display default floor number.
When a Location Admin defines a new location and inputs a "FloorAlt.name" the "FloorAlt.name" should be used everywhere in the application and the only thing the original (default) floor number should be used for is order. It's very confusing to admin & users when they see "5 (7)" in the display which happens when the building contains several mezzanines below floor 5. The default numbers are good if a given floor doesn't have "FloorAlt.name"
