    Please add the functionality to book desks within Microsoft Teams.

    Right now you are working at a Teams integration for meeting rooms but this would also highly improve the user experience for personal desk bookings when users can book their desks via MS Teams.

  3. Attach ICS Calendar entry when booking from mobile app

    When booking a desk from the mobile app it does not attach an ICS calendar entry to the confirmation email. But if you book via the website then you do get a calendar attachment. Please update the mobile app to attach ICS file in the email confirmation.

  4. Advanced schedule for closing meetings spaces

    We need to be able to close meeting spaces for multiple non-consecutive days. Currently you can only close for one period with consecutive days. Closing for multiple non-consecutive days allows for any maintenance closures, weekend closures, non-working days closures etc.

  5. Ability to view colleagues desk bookings when using the mobile app

    The business has raised a query to have the ability to view other colleagues bookings via the mobile app in the same way you can via the booking grid on the web app. This would be a helpful and worthwhile feature to make it easier for colleagues to make a decision on where to book their desk's.

  6. Allow Users To Book Desk w/o Releasing Fixed Desk AND Allow User To Book Only 1 Desk

    We want the ability for users with assigned fixed desks to both 1) be able to book desks at other locations without releasing their fixed desk and 2) only allow users to book one desk at one location

  7. Users are able to book unlimited resources for the same day on non-default groups

    Non-Default Groups like lockers, car spaces, etc. allow users to
    book unlimited resources for the same day even when the settings (group settings) are set to limit the number of slots per week (e.g. 2 slots per week). There is no workaround and clients are not able to manage these spaces as expected.

  9. Make default Location, Resource Group, floor as required field for profile since users can't create an SSO account without them.

    Currently a catch 22, conundrum exists in the app for new SSO users. They are required to select default Location, Group and Floor, but if the Resource Group is not open (Make Booking), then the group will not be displayed for the new user to select. The Location/Resource group admin can't add users to the resource group until the user exists. Our only option is to create a default location/group and floor for users so they can use it and then tell users to switch once they have been added to a Resource group.   10. Add Global Admin profile to remove "Create User" button from the Manage User screen

    When a site (like ours) is SSO, non-global admins should not be allowed to "Create User" since those are added as local users and not SSO users creating much confusion. Location and Group admins need ability to "Manage Users" since this is how users get more priv to Resource Groups, but having the button there is too temping for our Location and Resource admins when they don't find the person who needs to be added to their Resource group, then when the users logs in with SSO, they still don't have access to the resource group since their account (even…

  11. If "FloorAlt. name" not null, use "FloorAlt.name" in all aspects of the app, do not display default floor number.

    When a Location Admin defines a new location and inputs a "FloorAlt.name" the "FloorAlt.name" should be used everywhere in the application and the only thing the original (default) floor number should be used for is order. It's very confusing to admin & users when they see "5 (7)" in the display which happens when the building contains several mezzanines below floor 5. The default numbers are good if a given floor doesn't have "FloorAlt.name"

    Make the BSSID optional whenever the user is connecting the Desk Screen v3 to the network to make the screen allow to connect to other Access Points, should a specific Access Point drop connection and allow the desk screens to connect to another Access Point.

  13. Easier process to obtain / print QR Codes

    There needs to be a much easier means to obtain QR codes internally in the codeco portal per line item (Desk) that can be printed. There are way too many steps and needing to export things to excel and convert and all. All this should be eliminated. There should be a link per each line (Desk) in Condeco that can easily generate the QR code directly and print or export the image to print.

  17. Morning (AM) and afternoon (PM) should be ticked both by default on Today's page

    Many companies offer the option to book desks either in the morning, in the afternoon, or full day. Full day is by far the most used option. On the Today page, this should therefore be ticked by default already, saving one click for each booking. So AM and PM should both have a tick by default.

  20. Enable Proximity Based Check In For All Locations Not Just Default Location

    Today, the requirement for Proximity based check in is
    - The booking must be for a personal space in the location that is set as the default location in the user’s profile when entering the geofenced area

    Can we allow any user to use proximity based check in at any location and not just their default location?
