    This would be useful for us also as we have equipment we put out in rooms but only a certain amount on our old system we had a notes section on the grid where we could write this information - i.e " 5 flips charts to lower ground at 4pm"

    We have a lot of event bookings here too, they do provide us with a lot of information it would be ideal to put this into a notes section on that day instead of on the booking for us to see.

    Would be a good idea if on each day you could have a notes section for information regarding meeting room bookings and visitors information on that particular day.
