  2. Reduce the time taken for meetings booked through Outlook to appear on the room booking screens

    We find that our meetings take 4 minutes to appear on the room booking screens. We are booking directly from Outlook or Teams.
    I have been advised this setting is configured in Exchanged and is known as 'TTL' and it is not recommended to reduce the time in this setting. If we do, it will cause issues with meetings not behaving as they should.

  3. Help link or icon in Room Finder app and Web app

    Provide a "Help link" or a help icon in the web app and Room finder app.
    The help link when clicked should open <Company> SharePoint page which has all the tutorials and FAQs in one place.

    The help icon can be a question mark inside a circle.

    This will help users get quick help inside the apps instead of searching for the SharePoint help page outside.

    Hi, this is now available on the app, and in progress on the room finder.

  4. Alternative time

    When booking multiple rooms. If Room A is free and is added to the booking but Room B is not free and you select Alternative times the Add-in should confirm that Room A is also free at this time.

    In the event that multiple rooms/multiple locations are required this is crucial to a successful booking journey.

  5. Get detailed information to rooms in "advanced grid"-view

    In the web application you will get detailed information (room picture, floor plan, equipment) when clicking on a room description within the advanced grid overview. Same behavior is expected in the "advanced grid" view of the Outlook Add-In.

  6. Outlook Plugin should allow users to search rooms based on Date

    The Room Booking option in the Outlook Plugin should allow searching based on Date.

    There are instances when a meeting must be held in a specific room.

    Currently, if the room is unavailable, the user must toggle back to Outlook, update date\time and search again. There must be a better approach to finding the next available date.

    Using the outlook plugin we should have the opportunity to copy a meeting which was held in the past and use it for a future appointment.

  8. Location Display - Ability to change.

    I'd like the ability to change the display in Outlook as they are not currently configurable in Condeco.

    This will provide a better user experience so locations are visible when they look on mobiles or details views in outlook.

    For example,
    <<(1st line of address), (location, ie. Sydney) - Floor - MR xx.xx>> should ideally be displayed as
    <<(shortened location, i.e SYD) - MR xx.xx - (1st line of address)>.

    Can it be changed so we have the ability to change this display text.

    Hi, at present if you want access to the latest outlook addin - it must be packaged and customised by your Condeco CS team. How about making it available on a self serve basis?

  11. Change the warning icon when booking has succeeded

    It's really weird for users to have a warning icon (yellow one, with the exclamation point) into the message box to confirm the booking through the Outlook addin.
    it would be great to have instead the information icon (the blue one) that is almost used in all others message boxes than this warning icon.

    When a room is booked and later requires amending, users are restricted to choosing a different room in the same location and group. Users are currently not able to change the current room booked to another room that is in a different location

  13. Ability for admins/vendors to download ICS attachment from the booking form

    I would like the ability to download an Outlook Calendar item (i.e. an ICS file) from the booking form so that it will be easy to get the booking details into our Outlook calendar.

    There is an ICS attachment feature but it is only available to the host, requestor and attendees.

    If a receptionist wants to add the booking onto Outlook they have to create new meetings in their calendar.

  14. Fix integration with Room Finder in Outlook

    Dear Condeco team,

    We are experiencing issues with double bookings on meeting rooms. Since we can book the rooms via both the Condeco tool itself and in Outlook via "Room Finder" feature, the rooms in Room Finder are showing a green status, making the user think that they are available (despite the fact that they were already blocked/showing busy in Condeco). Upon selecting a particular room in Room Finder, it will be added to your meeting invite directly, leaving the organizer and attendees that the meeting room has been timely arranged. Please fix this 'communication' issue between these 2 tools.
