Log all the actions of admin users
Essentially a full audit log for users and admins to get transparency on what happened to the booking.
We would like a way to ensure all admin actions can be tracked which is a security risk as any malicious action is untraceable. It also allows us to know who to inform when accident changes happen

This is important for us and helps us in compliance. Hope this gets the attention and gets implemented.

We would like this as well, extended to resources, groups, locations, etc. We had someone assign two desks to the same person, and we don't have a way of telling who did it.

This functionality needs to extend to resources and the individual options. Without that, we can't discover issues like training gaps on the platform.

Multiple Vendor Services accounts were deleted from our system and Condeco Support has been unable to tell us who deleted the accounts. User account deletion logging is essential and must be added to the service.

Ability for at least global admins to view a log of configuration and set up changes made across the app needed to enable review of unintended deletions, etc. At the moment, users report issues, but its impossible to work out who changed what that may have caused the problem. Other SaaS applications have this functionality.

Important to be able to track what admins have done. from a security perspective and a condeco functionality perspective.

It would be useful for admins to be able to track changes in permissions, groups etc in the application

I would not necessarily restrict that to bookings. 'Actions of admin users' can also include changes to a user or its permissions. The current log of this is only available at each user's profile ('View history'), but neither is there an overview available of these information, nor are they meaningful at all because it just says 'Account updated by [user]' instead of stating what exactly has been updated.

The admin actions tracking feature is quite essential for monitoring and following up on any failures or "false" actions taken in the system, e.g. unforeseen "accidental" cancellations of bookings. Recently we have been experiencing the issue of bookings getting cancelled as well as release of blocked workstations. A log of the steps would be useful in order to prevent the similar unreqired actions in the future as well as to report the case to the responsible person in due course.

For compliance reasons we need to be able to find out what actions an administrator takes. Currently there is no "micro-logging" so we only can see that an administrator did something at a particular time. We need the logs to capture details of what was done so that the information can be made available when there is a need to go back and investigate an incident.

There is no details to the booking history/summary at all. Catering item's and other add-ons are not detailed as to when they were removed, added or amended.

Require to see the previous groups – Current view or report does not show the groups which user's were member of historic data of user access, this will help us to identify if there was any modification done to user profile

In Summary : It would be very handy if we could see, who updated what particular thing in the reservation.

We have decided to split this suggestion into two.
One was referring to logging all action of admin users.
The other was about visibility of the booking history (moved: https://condeco.uservoice.com/forums/912094/suggestions/37020382)

Hi,
Some of the suggestions initially raised are already available in our latest version.
On the summary tab you can view the booking history which includes:
Who created the booking and when?
Who updated the booking and when?
And any changes to the booking Start or End time as well as a Room change.Does this solve some of these problems? I would love to get more feedback on what people are actually looking to see so keen to see more discussion around this.
