It is already possible to configure the application to allow scanning of QR codes whilst not enforcing QR code check in on the resource. The QR code is always scannable regardless of where the QR code is set to 'Active' in settings. However, we do recognise that the current wording on the Resources page is ambigiuos so we will be updating this as well as making sure our Knowledge Centre article is clear on this item.

This is another example of Eptura's web and mobile development teams not ensuring feature parity when one group makes a change to their platform. Other room scheduling vendors, such as Officespace, guarantee feature parity across their web and mobile apps. Eptura should do the same to keep up with their competitors.

Proximity based check-in and QR code check-in should be mutually exclusive of each other. We would like to leverage both methods to make it easier for our employees to reserve and check-in to space. This seems like a it could be a quick win to implement.

Multiple Vendor Services accounts were deleted from our system and Condeco Support has been unable to tell us who deleted the accounts. User account deletion logging is essential and must be added to the service.
This digital signage would be very useful to see availability at a glance.
