send direction email checked by default
When the box “Send Direction Email” is not checked off by a host, the visitor does not get a visit confirmation email at all which means they do not complete the Visitor Registration Form. Can we please keep the box checked by default?

Expecting our users to know they have to tick this to send their visitor a welcome e-mail including our H&S instructions and directions is destined to fail. It should 100% be automatic that this goes to each and every visitor and for exceptions (can't think why you would not want the e-mail to go) maybe have the option to untick.
