Set your own landing page
Would be good to get the ability to select your default landing page and Tab.
For example, it takes me 3 clicks to get to the Advanced Grid after logging on. Would be more efficient to be able to get the system to go there automatically on login,

Booking Summary: Make it easier for admin/users to see what has been amended
Provider better information within the booking summary.
Under each update within the summary, provide information as to what has been amended during this update.
The booking summary form should show if an action was done through the web portal or the Outlook add-in. This would help us troubleshoot issues related to the Outlook add in
Overall it makes it much clearer for an admin to understand what has been added when, and whether we were aware of certain requirements before the most recent booking update.

Prevent the time from resetting when I select a new Group from a search
When a new Group is changed on the Quick Room Search or Find a Room page it resets the time. This is because the other Group may have different business hours. However if my existing chosen time is within the newly selected Group's business hours, it should retain my selection.

ability to cancel a meeting and re-book
I'm sure this isn't a radical idea, but having the ability to cancel a meeting and then re-book a new one!!
I've been told that by design this doesn't work for meeting series. It also only sometimes works for single instances.
This is needed as there are many faults when looking for alternative rooms. It also doesn't provide many options and/or functionality when moving from existing rooms.
Therefore, as an idea, please create an feature to be able to utilise the feature of cancelling bookings and then re-booking from scratch for all different meeting instances.

Room attributes shown as icon
Rather than abbreviations (in the search results) and words in the search, room attributes (projector, VC, TV, Whiteboard etc.) should be shown as an icon

Make pending requests easier to identify on the booking grid via icon
Hi,
In the old version all the pending requests used to be in bright orange and were easy to identify looking at the booking grid. Since the update, we can only identify them by a little question mark on the top left.
Can this be changed back to how it was before?

Conflicting recurring meetings should suggest alternatives based on number of attendees
When a recurring meeting has a conflict, the application should recommend rooms based on the number of attendees to optimise room utilisation.
Currently, it suggests conference rooms that have either the same or more room capacity.
Example:
I want to create a weekly meeting in the Philadelphia office in Conference Room A (that has the capacity set to 15) and in one of the weekly occurrences, I have a conflict because someone has Conference Room A already booked.
There are 10 people set as attendees in the booking.
Currently, I am only shown alternative rooms that can hold 15 or…

Email confirmations only show original Booking ID but not all recurring dates
Currently in email confirmations for recurring bookings it only displays the original Booking ID but does include all recurring dates.
As each booking has its own Booking ID it would be nice to include it next to each date of the recurring date.

Linked room bookings as 'one' booking
Our users have asked if linked bookings could show as 'one' booking on summary page rather than individual bookings.
This is especially useful for room bookings with varying services, catering and times. Being able see it under a single reference makes it easier for the team to manage.

Ability to add attachments to room booking
We would like to be able to add a document as an attachment to a room booking.
,This document may contain information about the meeting or people that will be attending the meeting, etc.. We would want to be able to view the document online and be able to print out as well.

System to hold room bookings to for a set period of time
When a user is trying to book a room, another user is able to "steal" the room if they complete their booking quicker. Once a booking is in the process of being made, another user should not be able to make a booking in the same room if the times overlapped. Similar to online ticket websites that hold tickets for a set period of time (usually 10 minutes) to allow you time to complete the transaction. So for bookings, once the user has selected the available booking, the slot should be held for a set period of time or released…

System to ignore setup and clean down times when calculating room availability
Use case : a user makes a room booking for a date without catering.
A few days before the meeting, he decides to add catering (eg meal trays). Unfortunately, if these services have setup and clean-down times, the system tries to set them up, but if in the meantime the slots before and after are busy (which is often the case), the system displays an incomprehensible error message saying that the room is not available.
To solve this problem ideally the setup and cleandown times should be applied within the booking schedule, and not outside. Because it is more logical…

If the host and requester are the same person, just send one email
If the host and requestor are the same person, just send one email of confirmation, cancellation, etc., not duplicated.

Relax Find Bookings search criteria, e.g. allow search by date only.
All fields should be searchable rather than a combination of those fields.
In some cases, if an admin accidentally deletes the booking, it would be good to be able to search for just cancelled requests / deleted bookings on a given

This makes it easy to say “These are the dates you scheduled, and these are the rooms you are in”

A hidden note tab for admin that they could use to add notes about the booking without everyday users seeing it
It would be great if we could add a notes tab into Condeco.
We currently have a Notes tab in our current system, that allows us to record alot of information regarding the booking, that we do not want the requestor to see, i.e invoicing details, when the booking was made, by which method, changes or anything that happend to to the meeting on the day.
We find this tab extremely useful to store adhoc information.

Cost Code Smart Search
Multiple clients have requested for the introduction of a smart search//lookup for the cost code field.
One of our law firm clients has over 10k costs codes with 15 unique characters in length. Due to the length of the cost codes, there is a high possibility of user error, therefore a smart search would help reduce user error.
The client would like there to be a smart/contextual similar to smart search on the Host/Requestor fields.
This is a key requirement for the client and I believe it would benefit many other clients who heavily use Cost Codes.

Provide "Find bookings" functionality to all profiles
Currently, the "Find bookings" functionality is only available for Admin profile, but this functionality can also help "normal users" to find a booking directly by the host name or id.

Meeting Notifications - Wording for the 5 minute reminder
Condeco release notes:
"We've added a new option to the meeting reminder on the booking form. You'll now be able to select 'just before meeting start' to get a reminder about 5 minutes before your meeting starts."This is a good idea however it would make more sense if the wording was "5 minutes before meeting start".
