  2. Automatic catering item Count Adjustment for Participant Changes

    We propose an enhancement to the current catering system to improve operational efficiency by introducing automatic beverage count adjustments. Currently, when the number of participants in a meeting changes, the system does not automatically update the quantity of beverages required, leading to potential discrepancies and manual adjustments. By implementing a feature that dynamically adjusts beverage quantities based on participant numbers, we can streamline the catering process, reduce manual intervention, and ensure accurate provisioning. This enhancement will not only improve service efficiency but also enhance user satisfaction by aligning the catering provisions with actual meeting requirements.

    Microsoft Outlook has a 255-character limit on its appointment location field when reading and writing from the Outlook JavaScript API. When this limit is reached, no additional rooms can be added to the appointment. We therefore recommend that space names, location names, and country names be as short as possible to maximize the number of spaces that can be added to an appointment.   5. Have the ability to 'untick' by default to all users not just admins

    There should be a option to enable the 'untick' button to sync to calendar for all users not just administrators. Staff are forgetting to untick this option, and we have had several issues with bookings being accidentally cancelled. In a most recent staff survey, we had over 150 requests to have this functionality removed.

  6. arrangement desks on floorplan - down&upload x&y pixel position of desk

    We have about 500 desks in the office, and to arrange the desks at the floorplan I had to click 1000 times to move the green dots to the right position.
    However, these desks are never "well-arranged", there are always desks 1 pixel too high, 1 pixel too left etc.
    Could you implement a function to download and upload the x&y positions of the desks? I would just need desk-name, x- and y-position; I could edit this (csv-) file (I could "move" the green dots by changing the numbers), and upload this file again.

    Could you implement an auto-generated email to say that all available desks are booked and sent immediately after an office becomes 100% full? This would be a one-off email; we would ask people to add themselves to the waiting list

    Could you implement an auto-email generated for everyone allocated to an office warning that the office is heavily booked? We would like to set a percentage threshold to trigger the email and control what it says.

  11. Pop Up Notification when someone try's to book outside the "noticed required" period

    We’ve set our "Notice Required" to 7 days, which helps manage our resources when staff availability is limited. However, it would be helpful if individuals attempting to book outside that window received a notification informing them of the restriction. Additionally, including a contact email in the notification would allow them to inquire about possible exceptions.

    Currently, when someone tries to book beyond the allowed timeframe, they simply see that no rooms are available. This can be confusing, as they may assume all spaces are booked rather than realizing there is a restriction in place. A notification would provide clarity and…

    We’d like the ability to duplicate services from one booking to another. For instance, if we have a predefined list of equipment services that will be reused in a different booking, it would be helpful to copy and paste them rather than re-entering each item manually again

  15. Restrict Advance booking period to all access levels.

    Restrict Advance booking period to all access levels.
    Currently this is set at 'Group' and only applies to 'User' access level.
    We have 'group admins' who need to book further in advance than 'Users'. However, this is being abused and they are booking more than a year in advance. We would like 'Group Admins' to have an 'advance booking’ restriction against them also.
    Maybe a new access level could be introduced (something like PA_Admin) and then each access level (apart from user which is controlled by group) have their own 'advanced booking' restriction.

  16. Option to active/inactive catering groups/Subgroups in bulk

    Currently Condeco is not providing an option to Active/inactive catering items in bulk and rather catering admins have to click on "Active" check box for each item one by one.
    We have a requirement where catering Admins should get an option to bulk active/inactive catering items which would save them with lot of time and make application more user friendly.

  18. Ability to swap desk bookings on booking grid

    Similar to Meeting Space, it would be good to be able to right click and move a desk booking to an alternative desk in booking grid.

    This would allow us to move peoples bookings when a desk needs to be closed due to a leak above it or if we need to fix a desk to a user for DSE requirements.

    We want to have a button to be able to export in format (excel or csv) the list of all the resources that are displayed in the pages of the Resource Administration.
