    I set up my profile earlier in the week and was able to book desks, but today my profile is incomplete again. I updated it but it says it takes 24 hours to update and therefore I cannot use the booking system. This is quite unhelpful and frustrating

  2. Blind Managed Linked Room Service

    User Story
    As an event organizer, I would like to request available services that correspond to available linked rooms, even if the services are available only in a single room that has been linked, once linked those services should be available to the linked event and available quantities should be accounted for so that I can take advantage of the services available in the space my event will be using.

    For Example
    There are 2 Room resources that are linked. The one room M1 offers sandwiches, the other room M2 offers coffee

  3. Daily Cleaning Tasks

    Please could global admins be provided with the option for cleaning tasks to be created for desk bookings at the end of every day rather than on the final day of a booking over several days? Most people expect their desk to be cleaned daily.

    I can't seem to cancel a booking for tomorrow - that would be a good idea. The booking is not listed in 'Your bookings' but shows on the booking grid. Is this a bug?

  6. Work Status Integration with MS Outlook

    Rogers would like to have the "Work Status" integrated with MS Outlook. When working from the office or remotely, we would like to have the status to synch with the end users Outlook settings.

  7. Check In suggestion

    We are having issues with rooms that do not allow attendees to check in at the pad and so the room gets released. is there a way we could also check the room in at the outlook invite or at the advanced grid screen? i'm thinking a right click and hit "manual check in"?

  8. Room booking improvement

    On quick book can this be amended so that you can edit the time the room is required on the first pop up rather than having to go into the booking form. Our room grid is set to 5 minute slots but no colleague really books for just 5 minutes

  10. closing today page very difficult on mobile.

    today page is not mobile friendly. it is blocking everything on screen. it'd be better to optional disabled or make [x] close button easier to close the page.
    try your self you'll know how bad it is.

  12. Admin power to book week in advance

    Good morning, give the Administrators access to book the week in advance so that the key people in their team are able to get desks together to streamline work practices also travelling ARTC employees are able to be booked in advance to allow for prior communication, for example Phillip Campbell ARTC travels to Brisbane on a regular basis.

  13. see available desks while checked into a desk

    Want to be able to see which other desks are available even though I have one booked. This is required when the desk I have booked isn't working out (eg right next to something noisy). The only option is to cancel and rebook but that isn't helpful if I can't first see if there is a better option

    It would be nice if, after one cancels ones booking, the system did NOT send an email just before noon and 17:00 requesting confirmation of said booking that has already been cancelled...

    Allow teams to block book desks in banks or reserve desks so if anyone else tries to book a desk that has been allocated to someone else, they have to contact that person to ask them to swap.

    que es un acrónimo usado frecuentemente en lengua española para "Personal Id Number".
