‘Region’, ‘Location’ and ‘Group’ dropdown fields should be expanded while mapping the Condeco rooms to Exchange mail boxes via web app,
- An Admin while mapping the Condeco rooms to Exchange mailboxes via web app, navigates to -> Application Setup -> Exchange Room Mapping;
- In the Room Mapping pop-up window, the ‘Region’, ‘Location’ and ‘Group’ dropdown fields cannot be expanded to show the values.
- It thus becomes very difficult to guess what’s further behind the name. Especially painful when there are multiple locations starting with the same name
Suggestion : It would be good if these fields are expanded, so that mapping would be done easily when we have multiple regions, locations and groups starting with the same name, without any confusion.

Allow O365 Active Directory security groups to be synced with Administrative roles
Allow O365 Active Directory security groups to be synced with Administrative roles like Global Admin, Country Admin, Location Admin, etc instead of having to manually tag individual users.

Account Activation Link Expiration
It is not clear when creating a new forms based login how long the activation link is active for. Please add wording to the activation email indicating when the link will expire.

Delete all cost centers at once (or even by page) instead of deleting one by one
We have new cost centers to upload each month and we need to remove the old cost centers before the new ones go on but its take so much time as we have up to 15000 cost centers to remove.
Could there be a 'select all' button to remove all cost centers at the same time.2 votes -

Contact Report line spacing
Just a minor thing but when viewing the Contact Report the line spacing is determined by the number of lines on the report, so if there is only one desk booking shown it appears in the middle of the page rather than at the top directly below the column headings which looks odd and not in keeping with other pages/lists.
Can this be changed?

should have a url to come in if you are ONLY doing admin work.
Admin functionality should not come in through booking.

Changelog for users and system changes
I think its crucial to implement an area of the system which gives any changes made by users and admins alike.
This can be monitored to undo any mistakes and fix system issues.
Suggestion is to make the option available for all users, with the option to filter the user access levels in the system.

Location Admins
Global AdminsA system changelog would help with general changes that are constantly rolling out, i know we can find this on the website however it should be included within the cloud.

Days allowed to book for desk

Allow for certain configuration changes within the application to require two admins approval
Certain configuration changes within the application should have the 4-eyes principle, where the changes can only be activated when approved by two authorized persons.

Enable 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) for Condeco Vendor Portal and Condeco Connect Portal for Room Panels
The Condeco Vendor Portal and Condeco’s Connect portals do not have 2FA. Organizations are looking for 2FA as a secure way of authenticating their users using these portals.

Allow a default country in the admin portal
Currently, when you have multiple countries in your tenant, you need to select the country and location before being able to see the settings in the admin centre. Please allow a default location so it auto-populates the location. This would save significant time in finding where a specific setting is located.

Manage vendors - Admin level
The Admin level for managing vendors is currently set to Global Admin, this is far too high and requires more people to have global access than necessary. . Can this level be reduced to Location Admin.

Floor plan with desk numbers
Ability to print a floor plan with the assigned desk numbers.
Currently you can only see the respective desk numbers if you hover over the desk on the desktop. If your contractors are configuring 1000 units to reflect the correct desk numbers they won't have access to the desk booking system, so it will be easier if you can print the floor plan with the associated desk numbers.

Allow way finder one time key to be supplied in URL
Allow the way finder to bypass the one time key if a key is supplied in the URL string. e.g. https://company.condecosoftware.com/condecowayfinder/Display.aspx?a=2&pid=1&key=23hkd321346lkdd36d33590gab6
This would allow the Way Finder to work with many digital signage solutions and would provide a more flexible way of configuring the screens.
At the moment we have to go to each TV manually type in a the one time code every time the system breaks. This is a deal breaker for us

Application set up - Groups by location not just by country
When editing groups it is filtered by country and not by location which means that there may be multiple groups called HR (for instance) without any indication of their location. Would be great to filter by country, location and then groups to eliminate any confusion over which location the groups are related to,

Request addition of Scrollbars for un-positioned items in Floor plan administration
Addition of individual Scrollbars for un-positioned items and Floor plan in Floor plan administration. This will help admins to find desk numbers in un-positioned items without loosing location on floor plan while scrolling entire page.
Please note – Un-positioned items column must be frozen.
When there are very large floor plans with very many desks it is currently awkward to locate the unpositioned desk icon and its position on the floor plan.

Global setting for "users can book next week from"
In Condeco Group Administration section, specifically for desks, the default application setup says that the users can book from next week on Wednesday. This is configurable per location/group by an administrator. However, that requires administrator intervention for each new location / group, which is time consuming for a large organisation.
The request is to allow a different default to be set for an organisation (global setting rather than or in addition to group setting). In my case we would want the the default to be set for the users to book for next week from Friday instead of from Wednesday…1 vote
