Add 'OneClickDelete' option to booking reminders
Allow email reminders for personal and meeting spaces to be updated with functions like the ‘OneClickDelete’ tag. This will enable users easily cancel meeting if they can not attend in a last minute reminder.

Revert unhelpful change that delays user perfomance
RE the recent change of not giving users access to booking details that occurred more than 30 days in the past, it feels like Condeco is introducing unnecessary barriers to user performance. We shouldn’t need to run reports every time we need to access past bookings information. We are going backwards with this change. All information should remain easily accessible to users. Condeco says this is 'to improve performance', but I can guarantee this is not for the users benefit at all. We deal with 5000+ bookings per month. The recent changes were implemented to enhance the application's performance, and we've observed significant improvements in both response time and overall speed. However, we recognize that some data previously accessible through the Booking form is not visible in the Booking Summary. We are working to enhance the Booking Summary to display all relevant meeting data so that past bookings can be replicated without the need to use the 'Reports' section of Condeco.
We'd would also like to highlight that it is still possible to view bookings on the Booking Grid and use the 'Copy' function to replicate the meeting at a future date.

Adding a scanning delay
An admin should be able to add a delay in the camera so that it doesn't start scanning whichever qr it locates first.
So in order for the user to have enough time to point to the correct qr code and then for the camera to scan it there should an option for adding a certain delay.

Admins unable to override maximum booking durations for meeting rooms
Currently, maximum booking duration for meeting rooms are enabled for group. However, Admins are unable to override this rule and this is causing issues as sometimes there are uers that needed the room for valid reasons. Please get this override rule enabled soonest so that it can help in our daily operations.

Meeting Summary Extension
When a meeting finishes it goes into summary view after a month. We'd like to be able to extend this and Condeco doesn't have the functionality at the moment.

AV services for linked spaces
We would benefit from the ability to have AV service options that appear only when the entirety of a linked space is booked.

Today page - select other locations
Ability to select other locations from the drop down menu in the Today and Home page to make desk bookings, at present users can only select their default location unless they navigate to the 'book a personal space' or 'booking grid' menus and many users don't realise this and assume they are limited to only make bookings in their default locations.

Ability to select other locations from the Today Page & Home, at present users can only select their default location. The drop down menu on the Today & Home page does not show any other locations, the only way for users to select from other locations is to click into the menu field on the left hand side and navigate to 'Book a personal space' or 'Booking Grid'

Outgoing Message for Restricted Resources
Would like to have the option to have a message show up when someone tries to book a Restricted resource letting them know who to contact for reservations.

Could we have the facility for Admins to view the floor plans when all desks are full, this will help with our infrastructure work, to see a completed floorplan on a day to day basis even when all desks are full.

QR Code image generation
There needs to be a much easier way to obtain QR codes internally through the codeco portal.
A simpler process for generating QR code images is sorely needed.
I’ve been through this lengthy process for over 100 desks now and had to get support to complete the QR code generation. Even the support team had to get back to me as they were unsure how it worked.
Additionally, printing the QR codes onto squares for each desk took even longer due to formatting restrictions from exporting to Word.
You can’t simply save each individual QR code as an image.

Ability to edit team days
We noticed that the ability to edit team days, such as adding or removing colleagues, is missing. Currently, we have to cancel and re-book team days. Could the ability to edit team days be added please? many thanks

It would be great to enter decimal values in the setup and clean down settings for rooms.

Desk booking admin
Admins should be able to chose to close desk bookings on a specific day or multiple days of the week as a default solution offered to users. Instead of only being able to close for a specific time period.

Search function in meta admin cost code
Search function in Cost Codes. Rather than scanning page by page manually, introduce the ability to SEARCH for a cost code to see if it's in the system already or needs to be added.

When deleting a user's profile, show a message saying whether that user currently has bookings
Currently, when deleting a user's profile, the pop-up message states that bookings can be transferred to a different profile, but it does not say whether there actually are any current bookings for that user. It would be helpful to know whether there are any bookings to be transferred.

Announcements Page- inform colleagues of changes in policies or upcoming events
Pop-up announcement page when colleagues login to the app- to inform of events taking place at the workplace, or changes to company policies etc.
Only Admins to be given rights to post.

Key worker role via group
Add the possibility to assign key worker roles (first aiders, fire marshals) to users automatically via group assignments (which for SSO users should be abled to sync from an external source like Entra ID).
