  1. Add 'OneClickDelete' option to booking reminders

    Allow email reminders for personal and meeting spaces to be updated with functions like the ‘OneClickDelete’ tag. This will enable users easily cancel meeting if they can not attend in a last minute reminder.

  2. Revert unhelpful change that delays user perfomance

    RE the recent change of not giving users access to booking details that occurred more than 30 days in the past, it feels like Condeco is introducing unnecessary barriers to user performance. We shouldn’t need to run reports every time we need to access past bookings information. We are going backwards with this change. All information should remain easily accessible to users. Condeco says this is 'to improve performance', but I can guarantee this is not for the users benefit at all. We deal with 5000+ bookings per month.     Thank you for your feedback on this matter. The recent changes were implemented to enhance the application's performance, and we've observed significant improvements in both response time and overall speed. However, we recognize that some data previously accessible through the Booking form is not visible in the Booking Summary. We are working to enhance the Booking Summary to display all relevant meeting data so that past bookings can be replicated without the need to use the 'Reports' section of Condeco.


    We'd would also like to highlight that it is still possible to view bookings on the Booking Grid and use the 'Copy' function to replicate the meeting at a future date.

  3. QR Code image generation

    There needs to be a much easier way to obtain QR codes internally through the codeco portal.

    A simpler process for generating QR code images is sorely needed.

    I’ve been through this lengthy process for over 100 desks now and had to get support to complete the QR code generation. Even the support team had to get back to me as they were unsure how it worked.

    Additionally, printing the QR codes onto squares for each desk took even longer due to formatting restrictions from exporting to Word.

    You can’t simply save each individual QR code as an image.

  4. Search function in meta admin cost code

    Search function in Cost Codes. Rather than scanning page by page manually, introduce the ability to SEARCH for a cost code to see if it's in the system already or needs to be added.

  5. When deleting a user's profile, show a message saying whether that user currently has bookings

    Currently, when deleting a user's profile, the pop-up message states that bookings can be transferred to a different profile, but it does not say whether there actually are any current bookings for that user. It would be helpful to know whether there are any bookings to be transferred.

  6. Announcements Page- inform colleagues of changes in policies or upcoming events

    Pop-up announcement page when colleagues login to the app- to inform of events taking place at the workplace, or changes to company policies etc.

  7. Key worker role via group

    Add the possibility to assign key worker roles (first aiders, fire marshals) to users automatically via group assignments (which for SSO users should be abled to sync from an external source like Entra ID).

  8. Disable setting for a single location so that personal spaces cannot be booked for external users

    It is currently not possible to set that no bookings for “external visitors” are allowed at a location/area. So that only internal colleagues can book, e.g. for themselves or for an internal colleague, but not for external visitors.

    Yes, there is a setting under Advanced settings>Global settings
    Under the “Personal space” tab, there is a setting “Allow personal spaces to be booked for external users” where you need to disable the checkbox.

    However, if this setting is disabled, it will be disabled globally for all locations. We would need the option to disable this setting for a single location.

  9. Visitor API call to return visitors for a specific user

    We are using a Viva Connections UI to access Condeco via the API. With a user's Condeco ID, it is not possible to pull the visitors for that user. From a UX perspective, it would be better for this information to be immediately available to see (at least for say, the next 5 visitors), rather than have to select to view them by date.

  10. User API call to return default location and floor for all users

    We are using a Viva Connections UI to access Condeco via the API and, although we can pull all the user IDs , it is not possible to return the default location and floor. From a UX perspective, it would be better to pre-populate the default rather than the user having to select from a drop with a significant number of options. This is particularly important for new joiners and those employees who have changed location or floor.
    In the meantime, we need to manually upload the master data provided by the Condeco team on a periodic basis.

    Would be useful if we are able to close half day bookings. Currently users are able to book for AM or PM, as admins, we should be able to also close desks for either AM or PM

    I would like to see the feature "Allow colleagues to see my status and personal workspace locations" to be greyed out so that a users cannot do this and that only Group Admin can do this. It is not helpful when you can't locate a user or know where they are sitting

  16. Request for Enhanced Filtering Options in Condeco

    Hello, I am writing to suggest an enhancement to the filtering options within Condeco. Specifically, it would be highly beneficial to have a filter that allows users to distinguish between active and non-active items, not only for Catering Services but for all items within the platform.
    Currently, the lack of such a filter makes it challenging to efficiently manage and navigate through the various items. Implementing this feature would streamline our workflow, improve user experience, and enhance overall productivity.

  17. Condeco sync with Outlook

    Users have encountered several issues since Outlook was synced with Condeco. We recommend providing the option to configure whether we want the default tick selected when booking a room, allowing us more control over the setup.

  18. Regional Admins creation to coordinate multiple countries to Map Exchange resources, etc.

    Country Admins not able to use some features like manage their location, GPS coordinates, map exchange resources, etc.

    Regional Admins could do that with no need to set them as Global Admin.

  19. Ability to see all registered RFID's of a user

    Ability to see all registered RFID's of a user, this will enable us to see if there is more than one in any user profile. At the moment you can only de-register cards but you cannot see what the number is or if the user has more than one.

  20. Have the option to automatically set desks up as Closed

    When creating a new Personal Space in Resource Administration, it would be good to have the option to create them as closed rather than creating them and then going back Application Setup > Resources, searching for them and setting them as closed.
