Condeco Working Week
To be in line with Services, where notification and cancellation times can be added to menu items. It would be beneficial for Condeco to acknowledge working week “Monday to Friday only” as opposed to including weekends. This would benefit notification calculations where an item is recorded with 24, 48 or 72 hours notice and prevent items being booked on a Friday and being delivered on Monday morning because Saturday & Sunday is currently assumed in Condeco as working days. As an example (Not including weekends) would mean an item with 72 hours notice for preparation and booked on a Friday…

Your Team page - ability to revert back to previous location status when you delete your personal/meeting space
Currently, your location status is updated automatically if you book something on Condeco. However, it does not revert back when you delete the booking. You will have to manually adjust your status to change this.

Configure default meeting reminder at organization level
It's about configuration of meeting reminders. Currently, users are required to manually set this option for each booking. Would like the possibility for admins to configure it at organization level (for every rooms, users and bookings)

Ability to close specific day.
We have a requirement for some of our resources to close on a specific day. However, this is currently not possible on Condeco.

Self-Registering users should select department, if that department is a group name, basic permissions should be given, USER ONLOADING.
Self-Registration of user, when user selects a "department" when self registering and that department is also a group, this user should be given permissions into this group, closed or opened to view, book and modify their own bookings.
Makes user onloading easier and takes many clicks away from admins when some users can filter to the correct group, especially when the group is closed.

Adjust number of slots to book a personal space to be daily as opposed to weekly
This number is currently set as a weekly amount, if we were allowed to set a daily amount, it would prevent users from booking multiple desks on the same day

We are implementing an update to the booking slot logic so that users can only book one workspace type (for example a desk) a day. Â We plan to launch this in April 2024.

Restrict booking based on default Building location, not just Group
As more and more locations begin to use Condeco to reserve space in the office, we're finding more people not based in a particular office wanting to make reservations in not their "home" office, taking away space from the people based in those locations. Currently the only option is to restrict access based on default booking Group. Create user groups instead of resource groups
The ability to create user groups instead of resource groups to allow restrictions to groups of users like (contractors or contingent workers) that differ from the permissions in the resource group settings. This would be very useful to restrict the number of desk bookings or days on which they can book desk in the office. For instance if you wanted to restrict them to only book desks on Mondays/Friday or a certain number of days. Ability to make email address a mandatory field for visitors (except VIP visitors)
Hi team, we will soon use Proxyclick to manage our visitors but standard users will remain using Condeco for registering their visitors. Ideally, we want users to continue visitor registration on Condeco and for the reception team to manage the visitors in Proxyclick. It will be a useful addition if we could ensure that users have shared the email address for all standard visitors to ensure that they receive the emails for remote registration and QR Code for check in. Giving us the option to make the email address field mandatory will resolve this issue.

In office schedule showing attendance over the past week, month and year
Make it easier for users to view their past attendance over the past week, month, year by adding this to the top of the in office schedule view. At the moment users have to manually count the number of days they've attended the office and can't view the information at a glance. Also the in office schedule only shows the past 3 months data, can this be extended to show 12 months attendance. Ability for managers to view their team/department's in office schedule
It would be really helpful for managers to see their team/department's in office schedule, this will give them a good indication of their team's attendance in the office instead of having to pull reports for each department or providing admin access to managers and having to give them training on how to pull the reports. This will be especially useful in offices where there is a mandatory return to the office and employees are required to attend a set amount of days.

Floor plan view - All Groups
It would be good if you could view the floor plan for personal spaces and have all groups open at once.
Probably an Admin only feature, but it would be useful to get a good overview of the entire floor without having to go through each group separately.

Desk dedication for desk booking based on home location
Dear Condeco,
We would like to propose a feature which will be really helpful for us.
We would like to have a resource, or group setup, where we can specify from the entire number of available desks how many of them will be free to book by everybody and how many of them will be bookable by colleagues which have a location as Home one.
It means if we have for example a location A and it has 100 desks, we would like to separate them 80 desks will be just for the colleagues which have their home (primary) location:…

Condeco goes in "Stand By" mode too quick. Frequent users like our receptionists has to click "resume" button often. Ideally, we should be able to configure per tenant the idle time in the application.

Zoom in and zoom out for a floorplan
Dear Eptura, we would like to suggest, if you can install a zoom in and zoom out function in the web application of Condeco.
Many of our users are complaining, they would like to zoom in the floorplan for a better view, but it is not possible.
It would be good, if you can implement that zoom function for better user experience.

Global admins to make multiple desk bookings without any restrictions.
There should be setting to allow Global admin to book multiple spaces in the same Group without affecting other users and permission level.

Recurring bookings, if not able to self-heal remain as booked in the user's Outlook Calendar
If a recurring booking can't a venue for certain dates it will not take any action in Condeco and nothing will be booked. However the booking will still show as being in the requested venue in the User's Outlook Add In. It is reasonable to expect that a user looking in their Outlook Calendar will see the room that is actually booked, and if no venue is available then the Location should be blank.
