  2. Request confirmations by email to requesters from user.

  3. Be able to decline catering order in dashboar

    It would be great if the vendors have a way to cancel the Catering/service if it does not match the company specifications.

  4. Vendor Dashboard

    It would be good if the first column in the main job section only showed the delivery time.
    The delivery date is not required here as this should be filtered by using the field selection drop down boxes.

  5. Dashboard - Job Status Colours

    On the new look dashboard it would be ideal if the job status colour was indicated on the whole row and not just a small bar on the left hand side.
    Teams do not have the capacity to sit and watch the dashboard all day and now it is harder for them to see new jobs etc from a distance.

  6. Vendor Dashboard - Update Selected

    On the new look dashboard there is new button called "Update Selected" which only works for resource type Desks.
    Please can this be enabled to work with resource type Rooms also.
    If not possible it would be better not to display the button when Rooms is resource type selected.
    Vendors are asking why they see the button when they can't use the button.

  7. Filter Items on Dashboard

    There currently is not a option to filter the vendor jobs by actual items.
    It would be good if catering could filter the items ie a chef only wants to see food items that they have to prepare they are not interested in beverages. Different chefs look after different food items too sandwich chef only wants to see job where sandwiches are required etc.

  8. Vendor Dashboard Dropdowns

    Could the front page of the vendor dashboard include a sub-group filter next to service type that would allow the results shown to be filtered by group, for example:

    Service Type = Catering
    Sub-Group = Food

    Thus the results set would only show food and not anything else, as long as you have this setup like this in the system configuration.

    It's available in the printer friendly version, thus should also be shown in the main web app too.

  9. Catering not appearing on the re-charge reports

    If a meeting or catering request was deleted after the cancellation cut off window the items were still displayed on the recharge reports.

    Now if a User deletes catering or the whole meeting after the cancellation cut off the recharge is also removed from the reports.

    Due to this we could have a delivery of 200 sandwich lunches and no-one to pay for them.

  10. Add a meeting start time row from the vendor report page

    Add a column in the vendor dashboard that shows the meeting start time.

    This will give the vendors a quick view of meeting start time, delivery of catering or services, and pick up

  11. Customizable start time for cleaning

    Desks that have been used don't get added to the cleaning vendors list until after 8pm. Our cleaners start at 5.30 so they don't get the list of which desks have been used until after they have finished cleaning. Please can the time that the list is produced be user defined.

  12. Exportable/Live Maintenance Calendar

    Put the Planned Maintenance Calendar as a calendar integration. Taking the Planned Maintenance Calendar spreadsheet and instead using a updated calendar that Admins can add or export to their calendar's would reduce platform overhead letting Admins spend less time checking and looking for updates or comparing calendar entries for maintaining them.

  13. Improve experience of the requested service items for a delivery booking

    Suggestion: Enabling retaining of the added services (or) a pop-up alert indicating to the user that the services will be erased will greatly improve the User Experience

    Description:
    1. A user while doing Delivery Booking adds a list of services (example: Catering items) for a particular floor
    2. The user changes the floor selection (example: from 1st floor to 2nd floor)
    3. Condeco doesn’t retain the added services and the user has to again add these services to the new floor selection
    4. This is a poor User Experience

  14. Delivery Booking to have a Booking Title for easy identification

    When a user (or) Admin books multiple delivery bookings for the same day, these are shown as ‘Delivery Requests’. Imagine a scenario where a user has done several delivery point bookings with different services (equipment and caterings requested), that user needs to click on each one of these to distinguish between them. If a simple booking title is provided, the user can mention specifics about that request say - "Delivery for Team X" or "Birthday Cake' etc. Then they could easily select the one they want from the list.

  15. Dashboard to keep the view settings from previous sessions

    It would be good if the dashboard remembered the "Show records per page" settings. If the vendor changes this view to 100 then they log out they have to reset the view to 100 after log in again and it is an inconvenience.

  16. Vendor Information by email

    Hi. I created FI - Video Konferenz Technik as a vendor. (In House) - Vendor must be informed by email 4 days in advance in case a Video Conferenze takes place to assist the same. It does not makes sense to informe Vendor more than 4 days in advance in case of delays, changes or other reasons. But vendor receives still booking confirmations when conferences are booked. may be 6 monthes earlier, as this makes no sense at all. How can we avoid that? Vendor should only receive Vendor notifications 4 or 5 days before a meeting with service Equipment…
