Dogs in the Office
Different colour for booked tables with dogs.
Add another question when booking a table that allows you to also check in your dog. Colleagues can see which table has been booked (grey) and which person has also brought their dog to work (e.g. yellow).
This would be very helpful for people who are afraid of dogs or have allergies and want to stay away from tables with dogs.39 votes -
Ability to check-in via email or QR Code as a Visitor
Currently, if I book a desk for a visitor, they are unable to check in via link or QR code because they have to have the app or be able to log in with the workplace email. It would be helpful if we could have a link for them check-in to their own desks. Otherwise, their desk is bumped and released to other staff members.

Add the ability to block out desks on specific days of the week
Enhancement Request: Condeco Desk Booking System
Request: Local administrators need the ability to block out desks on specific days of the week to accommodate ergonomic or medical requests. To ensure full utilization of all desks, these blocked desks should remain visible and bookable to other end users.

Ability to reassign a parking bay / desk
A big ask from users is the ability for them to assign their bays to someone else rather than following a release step then having someone else booking it since they’ve found that when releasing the bay gets snatched up immediately by someone else rather than the person, they were wanting to assign it to.

Ability to allocate Fixed and Flexi Desks for certain days of the week only - ongoing. Some staff only come in 3 days per week and these are on set days. There is no option to allocate flexi desks on a part time basis.

Automatically Update Work Status to 'Remote' When Personal Space Booking is Canceled
It would be highly beneficial if the Condeco software could be adjusted so that when a user cancels a booking for a personal space, their work status is automatically updated to 'Remote' by default.
Currently, the work status remains set to 'On-site', which often leads to confusion and inaccuracies in attendance records. By implementing this change, we can ensure that the attendance data remains accurate and reflective of the user's actual status.

When viewing floorplan, unable to see available desks
At the moment when we click on review floor plan we get a message saying there are currently no available Personal Spaces.
Before the recent update, this message only appeared if no desks where available. Since the update, this message appears all the time even though we know there are desks available.
When the floor plan is opened all available desk are showing grey & unavailable, before the update they would be showing green & available.
We were told by Condeco if we cancel our desks they will then appear in green, as administrator this is not what we want…
12 votesThe Today page and Home page 'Floor plan' buttons will now display the floor plan with spaces that are 'Available' shown in green. If a user already has the workspace types available booked then they will see a 'Swap' button instead of a 'Book' button which allows them to quickly change to a new space. We are looking to bring this enhancement to the 'Find your team' page in the near future.

See who booked what desks in the next a few days/ weeks in the mobile app
It would be very useful if in the mobile app it was possible to see all desks that are booked not only for today, but for the next weeks/days and by whom as a list.

Half Day desk cancellations
Would be useful if we are able to close half day bookings. Currently users are able to book for AM or PM, as admins, we should be able to also close desks for either AM or PM

Waiting list for desks
Hiscox has requested whether it would be possible to add list on which they can register for desk and if the desk is released they get assigned to it automatically.
Below the request from the customer: "For example, I’ve gone on 2 weeks early to book a desk for w/c 10th February. There aren’t any free on Wednesday 12th Feb and Thursday 13th Feb so I’ve booked one in a different section. Booking Date on Floor Plan Map
When a user searches for a specific date or date range via the floor plan map within personal spaces, the date selected does not show up on the page when viewing the floor plan map. It would be helpful to see the date listed in this view.

Release and subsequent reassignment of fixed desks
If a person with a fixed desk books a different desk, e. g. because they have to work in another building on one day, but changes their mind because, for example, the appointment in the other building is canceled, their originally assigned desk remains bookable and is not reassigned to them. That means, if the desk booking is deleted again, the employee will have no desk at all, even if no booking has been made for the temporarily bookable desk. This has happened frequently. Can this be adjusted?

Ability to invite to "Team Days" from the web application
The "Team Day" feature in the web application is great, however (as stated in another idea) some companies can't use the web application on personal mobile devices due to rigid security requirements.
Therefore, it would be great to not only be able to accept or decline invitations (coming from mobile) within the web application, but also to be able to create invitations in the web application.

QR Code Desk Booking
Please add the feature to book a desk via QR code.
This would allow users to walk up to a desk, scan the QR code with their phone camera(ideally outside the app) , and book it on the spot.
This would make booking a desk quick and easy.

Ability to create multiple teams within "Find your Team"
Especially for setups where one employee can be part of different teams or project groups, it would be great to be able to create multiple "teams" within the "Find your team" menu as it can become very overwhelming quickly if you have e.g. more than 10-15 team members in only one single list. In that case, you would have to scroll and eventually don't even see your own office days anymore.

Floorplan data tab should hide when tapped
On the app, when a floorplan is displayed and a desk is selected, a data tab pops up with information about that desk. However you now can't get rid of the popup tab, which obscures view of the full floorplan. Suggest that when a user taps again on the data tab it disappears showing the whole floor plan.

Floor plan view with the assigned desk usernames/initials
From a Facilities manager perspective, and with the goal of most efficient realestate utilisation, ability of view the floor plan with key booked areas is very important.
The internal team have had tools that allowed them to look at assigned desks for users on a floor plan which is non-existent in Condeco Desk booking today.This allows to address or attend the assigned desk user needs and help them on priority given their needs with assigned desks.

Provide a reminder on Condeco
“Enable a check-in feature with a reminder that notifies users how long their desk will be available. Additionally, set up a waiting queue to inform colleagues when a desk in the area becomes free.”
