Assign personal spaces to multiple Access Groups
Our groups represent different departments, therefore only Facilities staff can book desks assigned to the facilities group.
We should be able to assign a resource to multiple groups, whereby allowing staff from 3 different departments access to book those desks.Is there a way of managing the access that I have misunderstood?

Waiting list for desks
Hiscox has requested whether it would be possible to add list on which they can register for desk and if the desk is released they get assigned to it automatically.
Below the request from the customer: "For example, I’ve gone on 2 weeks early to book a desk for w/c 10th February. There aren’t any free on Wednesday 12th Feb and Thursday 13th Feb so I’ve booked one in a different section. Ability to reassign a parking bay / desk
A big ask from users is the ability for them to assign their bays to someone else rather than following a release step then having someone else booking it since they’ve found that when releasing the bay gets snatched up immediately by someone else rather than the person, they were wanting to assign it to.

Please bring back being able to book multiple personal spaces on the same day for Executive Admins. Example: Executive Admins book for multiple Executives and being able to book multiple PERSONAL spaces on the same day would be great. Right now, they are booking one space and then calling someone else to book the other.

Rebrand Feedback
Following the rebrand to Eptura Engage, desk booking confirmation and cancellation emails are still coming from Condeco which is causing some confusion (for example to new starters who only know the system by Eptura Engage and won't know what Condeco is) and also doesn't help with the embedding of the rebrand with our teams. Please could the email address be changed from Condeco to Engage to reflect the rebrand?

Booking Date on Floor Plan Map
When a user searches for a specific date or date range via the floor plan map within personal spaces, the date selected does not show up on the page when viewing the floor plan map. It would be helpful to see the date listed in this view.

arrangement desks on floorplan - down&upload x&y pixel position of desk
We have about 500 desks in the office, and to arrange the desks at the floorplan I had to click 1000 times to move the green dots to the right position.
However, these desks are never "well-arranged", there are always desks 1 pixel too high, 1 pixel too left etc.
Could you implement a function to download and upload the x&y positions of the desks? I would just need desk-name, x- and y-position; I could edit this (csv-) file (I could "move" the green dots by changing the numbers), and upload this file again.

Include closure reason in Booking Cancellation mail.
Currently, a user whose booking is cancelled due to a desk closure does not receive any further information on why the desk was closed, leading to confusion and follow-up questions (e.g. with floor managers, personal assistants, group admins etc.).
As a reason must be provided to perform a closure anyways, it would be good to include this reason in the respective booking cancellation mail. This would lead to more transparency and less confusion with the users.

STUPID APPLICATION
The application is unusable. THE WORST APPLICATION THAT I EVER SEEN. When the booking become available, even if I am authenticated it takes ages to display the option to book. When trying to book it takes me out and is saying that authentication is not successful made. Then, when I enter and reenter the credentials for multiple times it returns to the login screen as like the waiting time has passed and you need to reauthenticate. 20 minutes trying to book a space and nothing happens, really? Either your application is the worst developed, or the resources that are used…

Half Day desk cancellations
Would be useful if we are able to close half day bookings. Currently users are able to book for AM or PM, as admins, we should be able to also close desks for either AM or PM

Automatically Update Work Status to 'Remote' When Personal Space Booking is Canceled
It would be highly beneficial if the Condeco software could be adjusted so that when a user cancels a booking for a personal space, their work status is automatically updated to 'Remote' by default.
Currently, the work status remains set to 'On-site', which often leads to confusion and inaccuracies in attendance records. By implementing this change, we can ensure that the attendance data remains accurate and reflective of the user's actual status.

When viewing floorplan, unable to see available desks
At the moment when we click on review floor plan we get a message saying there are currently no available Personal Spaces.
Before the recent update, this message only appeared if no desks where available. Since the update, this message appears all the time even though we know there are desks available.
When the floor plan is opened all available desk are showing grey & unavailable, before the update they would be showing green & available.
We were told by Condeco if we cancel our desks they will then appear in green, as administrator this is not what we want…
12 votesThe Today page and Home page 'Floor plan' buttons will now display the floor plan with spaces that are 'Available' shown in green. If a user already has the workspace types available booked then they will see a 'Swap' button instead of a 'Book' button which allows them to quickly change to a new space. We are looking to bring this enhancement to the 'Find your team' page in the near future.

Show days when selected desk you try to book is taken
I dont know which day someone booked my desk when i try to book range of days at once.

Extended Reservation Limit for Personal Spaces
I wanted to inquire whether Condeco has extended the reservation limit for personal spaces beyond the current 5-week period. This limitation has been a challenge, and ideally, we’d like the ability to reserve up to 90 days in advance.

See who booked what desks in the next a few days/ weeks in the mobile app
It would be very useful if in the mobile app it was possible to see all desks that are booked not only for today, but for the next weeks/days and by whom as a list.

Can Condeco be configured to have a daily waiting list for desks?
"Can Condeco be configured to have a daily waiting list for desks? This would create a queue for those who need a desk when none are available. As soon as a desk is released, the first person in the queue would receive an email offering the desk. If they accept, they take the desk; if not, the offer goes to the next person in line. Each time a desk is taken, everyone in the queue moves up one spot."

Ability to create multiple teams within "Find your Team"
Especially for setups where one employee can be part of different teams or project groups, it would be great to be able to create multiple "teams" within the "Find your team" menu as it can become very overwhelming quickly if you have e.g. more than 10-15 team members in only one single list. In that case, you would have to scroll and eventually don't even see your own office days anymore.

Release and subsequent reassignment of fixed desks
If a person with a fixed desk books a different desk, e. g. because they have to work in another building on one day, but changes their mind because, for example, the appointment in the other building is canceled, their originally assigned desk remains bookable and is not reassigned to them. That means, if the desk booking is deleted again, the employee will have no desk at all, even if no booking has been made for the temporarily bookable desk. This has happened frequently. Can this be adjusted?

QR Code Desk Booking
Please add the feature to book a desk via QR code.
This would allow users to walk up to a desk, scan the QR code with their phone camera(ideally outside the app) , and book it on the spot.
This would make booking a desk quick and easy.
