Desk closure scheduling
It would be good if desks could be scheduled to be closed or open on different days within the maximum 5 week booking period.

Half day AM/PM both AM+ PM default selection
For half day AM PM desk booking it could be useful to have an option to have preselected both AM and PM for that day with 1 click. For where the majority will use full day but still allow half day bookings. Saving multiple clicks. Or allow half day booking to enabled by group or location rather than all or nothing.

check in from bump reminder email
Requesting a direct link to the website in the bump reminder email or a way to check in/self-certify from the reminder email.

Booking grid shouldn't show user names "Share my workplace presence and location with my colleagues" is unchecked
When unchecking the box "Share my workplace presence and location with my colleagues" in the users profile, the booking grid will still show the name of the user at the booked desk. This is misleading to the end user who thinks their bookings are actually anounymous. Only workaround we have right now is not to show the booking grid at all. We do however want to make the booking grid available and still respect those users who don't want to share their names.

The calendar item sent to user should include information about the time period the the calendar item is for. It should include AM, PM or Both (AM/PM) to desk booking Calendar item invite so users know when they booked from their Calendar entry

Set Booking Slots for Users via API
Customers are looking to manage the amount of times users can reserve a desk by adjusting booking slots value over API endpoints. This will allow customers to automatically manage how often their employees are in the office.

Extend the desk booking period
It would be ideal if the desk booking period could be extended from 5 weeks to 8 weeks.

Enable all email templates to be changed within the web application
Currently, some email templates (e.g. booking confirmation / cancellation) can be adjusted in the web application, while others (e.g. bump reminder / bump confirmation) can only be adjusted via ticket.
Also, both ways seem to support different default fields (e.g. "<bumptime>" is available for the bump reminder template, but not for the booking confirmation template).
It would be beneficial if a customer could change all templates by himself and if he would have access to all available default fields.

Import user with different language
When we import user in Condeco Database, the default language is English. I will be better if we can set by default our language instead of english.

Allowing fields to Desk Bookings so users can input Vehicle Registrations when using it for Car Parking
There isn't currently an option to add a field when setting up desk bookings.
We are trying to utilize Condeco via the desk booking option to enable users to book car parking spaces. If you added a field option we would be able to allow users to input their registration numbers.
Because there isnt that option we cannot use condeco to its full potential, seems a shame as the only thing stopping us is the field input option7 votes -

Make external users not have to check into a desk
Is there a way to make it so external users do not require to check in to a desk?
As they are unlikely to have an ID card to badge in with or the APP installed?2 votes -
Cancelation period for parking spaces
In addition to desks, we offer users the booking of parkings spaces via Condeco as well. We need to configure a cancelation period for bookable resources - especially parking spaces. The cancelation period is a number of hours or days in advance of the booked day. If the cancelation period has passed, canceling the booking of a resource is no longer possible.
Users are charged a fee for booking parking spaces. When canceling within the period, no fee will be charged.x1 vote -
all/none option for all the users
Currently, only admins can see the option to select all available time in a week or reset all selections (all/none button).
We kindly ask you to add this functionality to the users with user rights as they are using the system on daily basis and this function is very useful for them.

iCS as an all day event
A feature or option where Admin has the ability to send the iCS as an all day event. Having the iCS appear on a user's calendar in the morning is distracting, especially for the admin assistants when coordinating calendars for multiple users.

AM and PM booking calendar invite is for 12pm
Why wouldn't it align with the start of the day (AM period)? Otherwise, people think their AM reservation didn't take.

Hide Admin and User Guide
The Admin and User Guide is visible to non-admins, appears most relevant to users of Condeco's app, which we are not. We'd like to make non-visible or redirect the link to another user-facing resource.

Check-In reminder notification on app
The app does not prompt a user by sending them a message or pop up a reminder that they have a desk booked for that day and that they need to check in/self -certify.
Can this be implemented to assist with ensuring users complete the self-certification and access to a workspace.

Booking on behalf of confirmation addressed to wrong person
If someone books on your behalf, the confirmation goes to that person but is addressed to the booker's name. It should be addressed to the person receiving the email.
