An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Deepika Johal commentedWe are trying to set up Microsoft Teams devices in the meeting rooms. Currently, if you add the microsoft teams device email address into the application set up, you can book the teams device through outlook add-in and the mobile app. Can this be also included when people book via the Condeco website?
So any meeting space bookings through the condeco website also automatically go through to the outlook calendars and invite the teams device.Deepika Johal supported this idea · -

I know you can click into the meeting room name and it provides details, however i think it would be much easier if, once you've entered in your requirements date time etc, it brings up the floor plan and then you can select which meeting space.

Brilliant news. Sometimes when booking via the outlook add-in, they don't always feed through to the calendars, it's not always consistent, so if this can be looked into as well to ensure it remains consistent through the website bookings, that would be great :)
