Log all the actions of admin users
Essentially a full audit log for users and admins to get transparency on what happened to the booking.
We would like a way to ensure all admin actions can be tracked which is a security risk as any malicious action is untraceable. It also allows us to know who to inform when accident changes happen73 votes -
Stop a user or admin from to entering a duplicate service items for the same delivery time
When a user/admin enters duplicate service items for the same deliver time the system currently clubs them items together and adds the quantities together.
It would be better for the system to alert the user/admin they are entering duplicate items for the same delivery time and to change one of the duplicates to a different delivery time or delete the item.7 votes -
For subsequent room changes, all rooms should be available in the selection of alternative rooms.
If you have selected a freely bookable room, you only get freely bookable rooms as an alternative.
it's the same the other way around.
managed room in the appointment, only managed rooms appear in the selection.
This is also limited of VC choices. You should be able to select ANY room as an alternative.
This also includes selecting a room in a different location/floor if necessary.8 votes -
Email notification in HTML Format
Room Booking confirmation/notification to be sent as HTML or Rich Text format to make it look more professional.
We want to add company logo and formatted text to emphasize important information.
We want to include important web links such as office location.
We also want to include some infographics in the email if possible.

New Booking Grid - Booking Display
On the new look booking grid the whole of the host name is no longer displayed on bookings.
The meeting title font is too big and the words are rather squashed and hard to see all details clearly.11 votes -
Auto Block or Suspend meeting booking for users with multiple 'No Shows'
We would like a feature that we could set a limit on to block/suspend a user for X amount of days from booking appointments after they have X amount of no shows.
Currently we have a 20% of meeting No Shows shown in the dashboard. We would like to advise users that if they have X no shows in an Y day period, hey will be automatically suspended or blocked from booking meetings for Z days. (X, Y & Z is configurable to admins within the Connect portal).

It happens that admin right click on the wrong appointment in the advanced grid and delete the wrong booking.

Ability to update meeting title and add attendees when no change is being made to food/service items
We are having this issue only when changes have been made to a booking with food/service items attached to it that are within the food/service item notice period. The validation of food/service item is triggering even though no changes have been made to food/service items
Our users are also seeing an irrelevant error message (an error message about food/service item) when they change they are making is to the meeting title or attendees

Pop up 5 mins after your room booking has started to remind requestors to activate the room
It would be really good to have a pop up at say 5 mins after your room booking has started to remind bookers to activate their room. Most of the time its PAs that book multiple rooms in any given day and this helpful reminder would be very useful :)

Recurring meetings - alternative rooms suggested should take into account equipment required
When booking a recurring meeting with equipment - if one of the recurrences cannot be accommodated because the room is already booked - the list of alternative rooms includes those where the equipment it not allowed. if the user selects that room (maybe not realising) the booking is still saved, the equipment is not added but the user is not given any warning that the equipment hasn't been booked for that recurrence.
For example, you can book a projector for Room 1 but not Room 2
User makes a recurring booking for Room 1 with a projector.

Room Images in Search Results
In both the web and Outlook, (mobile) it would be helpful for the room image to be viewable in the search results, rather than having to click on a seperate icon to loan.

Pending bookings that are amended should not require approval for minor changes
When a managed booking has been confirmed it's appearing on the ABG but when a user is amending the booking, it is disappearing from the ABG.
If the time of the meeting changed, it's normal that it's not appearing in the ABG, but if the user just add or removed services, it should stay on the ABG.19 votes -
Calendar needs to be screen reader accessible
The calendar function needs to be made accessible to screen reader users like me.
When I try selecting a month other than the current one from the calendar, the calendar disappears. Either make the calendar accessible, or, allow the user to type in the dates for booking meeting rooms.

Edited recurring bookings to be completely removed from the original series
The problem is that when you change an instance of a recurring booking they still kind of linked to the original series.
A recurring booking that has been edited by the instant booking should completely be removed from the series and act like any other booking that has not been created in a series once edited by this instance.
The individual change should sit in the "My bookings" completely separate (not in the series part of my bookings like it does at the moment )

Limit the rooms available based on the number of attendees
Limit the rooms available based on the number of attendees and if we can work with a % variation either way.
Ideally if I book a meeting for 10 people it should only show me rooms for 5 - 15 people and no other rooms.
We are seeing that people are booking 25 seater room for only 5 people of which is impacting other areas requiring the big rooms.7 votes -

To circumvent the session timeout which is really too short (max 1 hour), our users would like to stay on last page viewed after reconnection into the web application.

Ability to delete all cost codes and start fresh
There is only an option to import cost codes, I want to delete all of them and start fresh, I have 17000 cost codes at present and to delete all of them one by one would be extremely time consuming, the option to delete and upload would be great,
