Swapping order of navigation options with Desks as default

I think it would be better to swap the "Room Booking" and "Desk Booking" options on the side bar to have "Room Booking" on top.
Also for "Desk Booking" to be auto expanded and for "Room Booking" to be collapsed.
Desk booking will be used much more frequently and it will make the service easier to find for many.

Booking Period should be Local not Global
My organization is a brand new subscriber. I just learned in training that different locations are unable to have different "Booking Period"s - it's only allowed in the Global Setup (so all-or-nothing situation). Given the status of COVID varying across the globe and how offices may return their environments, it seems that the "Booking Period" should be permissible by location and not globally.

Contact List
Can the contact list be auto populated with details of all personal visitor entries, individual visits and room bookings portion, At the moment this is only auto populated through the room booking side.
Also,can the contact list reflect only personal entries. The room booking teams have absolutely every visitor they processed through the room booking portion added to their contact list. Is there way of the system linking the Host profile to the contact list, excluding it from the contact list for the Requester or Booked By.

Receive a calendar entry that has a check in button to update Condeco
When I book a desk, I receive a calendar entry for 8am of the day of booking. On opening the entry when at my desk a check in button should be available that automatically checks me in and updates Condenco

10 days in a week
Hello :) I found a bug: during reservation edit there is a small message above the calendar that states: "you used X out of 10 days of week". I don't know where is, but here in Poland we have 7 days in a week :D

Booking for others
I currently can't book for my colleagues and I on the same date. It would be really helpful if I could book for myself and others, so it's all done at the same time.

ability to update just the attributes section
Ability to alter the attributes without having to save the whole profile again i.e if there are a lot of booking in the way your unable to update the attributes without having to remove all the bookings first.

User creation needs updating
First logon said "Welcome Sameer", then I logged in and it said welcome Kenny Cropper. Perhaps the user creation process needs some refining as I had to amend the name in the Overview tab to remove Kenny Cropper's name but where does Sameer come from? This is first time using the system and the UX is low, not a good start.

Easier collaboration
It would be very useful if the floor plan indicated which desks were booked and which were free so that if you wanted to sit close to a colleague to collaborate you could find adjacent desks that were available.

Extending and editing bookings that have ended
Would be great if we could add details to bookings once they have been placed in progress. If a meeting ends and it hasn't finished, would be great if we could edit the times to extend it and place it back in progress

Accessibility concerns
Hi, I'm neurodiverse and trying to use this site for the first time. It's difficult to explain why as I don't always understand these things myself. But, it's made me feel physically uncomfortable and frustrated. It doesn't seem to flow in an easy way or clear way. I would be happy to have a call with someone in relation to making things more accessible. I like to advocate for people like me and raise awareness. Please feel free to drop me an email.

Advanced Meeting Check-in
The digital reservation boards outside of conference rooms need to allow the next meeting to "check in" before the previous meeting has concluded. Often I find that I cannot check in because there was a previous meeting still showing on the kiosk despite the room being vacant. It's difficult to remember to go back out and check-in at the exact meeting time when it shows up.
