Condeco should have an option to open other floors dynamically for booking as and when one floor reaches a threshold limit of booking. Say Floor -2 shows up and made available for booking only when 80% of the spaces (Personal spaces like Desks) on Floor-1 is booked. The Threshold levels are configurable and possibility to 'choose' the default floor that is always open, and then also 'choose' the sequence in where the other floors then open up.

Condeco currently doesn’t sort the spaces (Rooms and Personal spaces) in Alphanumeric sequence and we would like the option to see the spaces (Rooms and Personal spaces) sorted alphanumerically at all places in the Condeco Application like Book a Meeting Space, Booking Grid, Advanced Grid for Meeting Spaces and Book a Personal Space, Booking Grid for Personal Spaces and also across interfaces like Outlook Add-in, Mobile app. Etc

Allow a user to set a 'favourite' desk
Employees are requesting to favorite a desk that will be enabled during lookup of book a personal spaces

Room Closure
The ability to make multiple closures needs to be implemented so that public holidays etc can be closed in advance and maintenance etc can all be scheduled in without having to erase current closures.

Logout timing in non-configurable
The reservation portal logs users out after a certain amount of time, and we are not able to customize when it times out and logs users out

Kitchen Booking time
With the growing number of hirings, it may be useful to add 2/3 time slots for the dining room to Condeco so that people can book without creating crowding in the kitchen. For example, insert seats for a maximum of 25 people at the following times:
12-12.45pm
1-1.45pm

Personal Spaces - Flexi - Day Picker/Reoccurances
The functionality of the 'flexi' option in personal spaces isn't really flexible. Let's update with a few features that we see already in other parts of Condeco.

Different locations different booking options in terms of time
Our office is open Tuesday through Thursday only, other locations are open Monday through Friday. We would like to be able to configure the location in the period of 3 days without much extra effort and lock the other two days permanently.

Booking slots for e-charging stations
We control our sites with Condeco. Unfortunately, we can not control our parking lots with e-charging station with Condeco, because there are only 1-2 slots, depending on the global setting. We would like to have the possibility to divide our parking spaces into 3 fixed slots per day.

Allow entering users name and meeting title when users are not forced to authenticate on screens
When the screens are programmed to not force user authentication there is no option to enter a name or meeting title. This results in being unable to identify who reserved the room. User authentication is the other option which requires registration and remembering a PIN that can be cumbersome when you're just trying to reserve a room. Adding an additional 2 fields in the screen for users name and meeting title should not be a lot of software developing work. Thanks!

Summary: Default meeting remainders should be applicable for Quick book as well
• Right now, the default meeting remainders is applicable only in the “Open booking Form” and not applied while booking from “Quick book “(Book button in the booking grid) Option.
• While creating booking for meeting space, the meeting remainders not applied to the “Quick book” “(Book button in the booking grid) Option which is set in the User Profile. In a net shell User profile setting is not reflected in the Quick book “(Book button in the booking grid) Option.

Set a default seating/setup style for linked meeting spaces
We would like the ability to set the default setup style for linked meeting spaces. Currently the system seems to pick its own setup when a linked meeting space is added to the booking.

Rebooking Email Notification
It would be helpful if the system generated email notification for alternate bookings included the title of the meeting that was rebooked and the timeslot to easily identify the modified booking.
1 voteThe title and date information is contained on the email when only one instance is altered but not when there are multiple instances altered. We will look to add two new columns to facilitate this.Â

New Embedded dashboard is great!
I absolutely appreciate the new embedded dashboard. One less window to close to go to the main page. Small but big improvement :) Thank you
