  1. Disable Reminder and Bump email notification for Employees allocated to FelxiDesk

    With the current working condition the employees are required to come to work only for a day or two. To meet this requirement the Desk can be assigned as Flexi Desk but the only downside is the employee receives daily email for Reminder and Bump. Can we have functionality to disable the email notification for Flexi Desk?

  2. Ability to change permissions within a Group for all members as a bulk action

    At present if you want to change user permissions within a Group (i.e permission to see other people's bookings) you have to do this for each user individually. A bulk action would be helpful here please. I have groups with over 100 individuals allocated to them

  3. Change the order of left side navigation menu of web application

    It would be good if on the left side navigation menu of web application the Personal Spaces was above the Room Reservations.
    Many users are using web application to book desks only and it would make navigation easier for offices where Room Reservations is a managed service.

  4. Automatic mobile/ Outlook notification with booked place

    Dear Condeco, we would like to propose an extension for Condeco, for a daily notification, when we book a working place.

    It would be really useful, when we receive morning when we are working in a office a notification about our booked place, together with the place ID, where we will seat.
    It can be in form of a mobile notification, or an automatic reminder from Outlook. This will be a user friendly solution for everybody, which help to quickly check where we have our booked place without opening the application.

    We would like to configure a BCC forward on all emails sent to staff regarding when their booking is going to be bumped. I was able to set up a bcc on all booking cancellation emails but don’t see the bump email template that could be edited.

  6. Cancellation Reason for Desk/Room Bookings to be included in the cancellation email sent to users

    When you cancel bookings/close a desk or room you enter a reason but this currently doesn't pull through to the email received by the user resulting in an additional manual process to inform people of this to prevent complaints. If the cancellation reason could be included in the email this would mean we no longer have to send additional communication to users to explain what has happened and why their booking has to be removed. If the reason could also be shown on the grid this would also prevent unnecessary questions being fielded by IT and Facilities staff by users.

    Dear Condeco team, we would like to propose a useful feature in Condeco application. It would be nice if there will be also a possibility to create a calendar entry directly from a booking confirmation email. (for example using an ics file). That could be a useful option for vacations, for example. When this calendar entry will be part of the email, you can open it and give it to your calendar. That feature will have a benefit of a better user experience and help people to add in calendar entries, via which they can inform everybody about their absence…

  9. Please give us a Deity function.

    Please give us a deity function. This means that we would have a group of users who have total access. they can book any desk for anyone outside the normal window (like if our company can book 2 weeks out, they can book beyond that). They can make recurring bookings on behalf of others, etc.

  10. Allow option to offer non booked desk from a certain time-slot to be booked by other groups

    When desks/ressources are not booked until a certain time (e.g. 24hrs before - time to be set by admin), this desk/ressource should be offered to other groups, which may not have any availabilities anymore. This will guarantee the best possible utilization. This would also be a great usage for parking spaces.

    Not everyone uses MS Teams or Zoom so please put some effort into the Webex integration.

    the Com+ plugin allows for viewing the floor plan for rooms. Smart Calendar does not. Allowing floor plans would be great for rooms in smart calendar

    Desk Bump reports. In the "Is Bumped" column the symbols are either 1 or 2. Can that be changed to something more recognizable as Bumped and "Checked in" ?

  14. Multiple line items for the same meeting when exporting results

    We would like for the resources and services picked for one meeting to be populated in the same line item. For example:
    book a meeting space, book equipment for that space..ie: projector and laptop. When generating the reports every meeting end up with one line item per each item selected, resulting in multiple entries for the same meeting.

  15. Show the reason why desks are blocked/closed by admins for maintenance tasks

    When admins block workspaces (e.g. when desks are equipped with new hardware), it would be nice if you could put a comment like "Desks are getting equipped. You can book these desks again tomorrow". This comment could appear on the floorplan (by default or by hover over those desks) or next to the desk names in booking grid etc.

    This would bring more transparency for all users and they would know for which reason and how long desks are closed.

  16. Add a text field in the group for the group owner

    We have a lot of groups and we would like to see who is responsible for the group or who is the owner of the group.

    It would be nice to have additional field in the group settings menu indicating the people who are responsible for the group and allowed to change the settings.

  18. Self-Certification required for any on site activity

    We have teams that only come on site for meetings and Condeco doesn't trigger any self-certification if they're not booking a desk.

  19. "Bulk edit" for changing options in Resources

    We want to be able to use "Bulk edit" for changing the different options in the "Resources" page. We are a very dynamic company that often changes the location of teams. If we have to keep on changing, sometimes more than 100 desks to another group, we lose a lot of time.

  20. Automated Data Deletion after configurable timespan (to adhere to data retention policies)

    Condeco should have the capability to automatically delete booking data after "N" months. With GDPR and CRPA (coming in 2023) organizations need a way to ensure periodic purges of old user data. Today, that requires that an admin set a calendar tickler to remind them to open a ticket to request Condeco to do such a purge. The system should be empowered to automatically remove the users' data data after "N" months +1 day. If this would be too cumbersome, an alternative would be a monthly bulk deletion (schedulable in a window configured by your customer) of that data when…
