QR code for Visitors to sign in
We have had a user ask if it would be possible to have a visitor management system where by any visitors to the office can use a QR code to sign in at reception and integrate this with Condeco so that it will also show up on reports for track and trace etc.?

mass visitors import
Currently mass import is only available in Admin and only one day at a time. Suggest to make mass import of visitors available to users as they are likely to use it more than the administrators.
The mass import should allow across multiple day instead of one day at a time.

Email Notifications
The option for 'On arrival notify me by email' doesn't work if there's no meeting selected. We don't use the Meeting Spaces module but we still want to notify the host when the visitor has arrived. Can this changed so the Host is notified whether or not there's a meeting selected?

Visitor management - alert message
Could we look to have a similar alert message functionality for the visitor's portion of the system as we have for the rooms. The alert criteria could be linked to the location or a floor for example.

Visitor email template should have the field Company available
When receiving email of visitor arrival, only the name is not enough to identify, specially if it is a supplier. We have to constantly ring reception to ask who has arrived.

Allow users to mark visitors as arrived
Allow users to mark visitors as arrived. Currently, users can create visitors but not mark as arrived. Admins have to mark as arrived. Functionality to give users the option would be welcome

Column to show the requestors contact details
It would be good if the requestors name and contact number was shown.
It is a PA who makes the booking and sometimes is the person who needs to be notified of visitor arrival.
The PA will notify the host and others who need to know the visitors have arrived for a client meeting etc.5 votes -
Associate Workspace with a Visitor request
When a visitor is added there's the ability to associate the visitor to a Meeting. It would be helpful to associate the visitor to a personal space.
When will visitor different offices within the company we are assisted a workspace. Having that information on the visitor request would be great.

Approval Process Flow
It would be extremely beneficial for an approved / not approved option within the visitor screen. We have a requirement for our admins to approve all visitors that attends all our sites. At the moment they have to email each host to notify them the visit has been approved. It would be great if there was a button that allows the admin to approve the visit. And then the host is notified of the approval via email from Condeco.

Would be a great idea to have the ability to select which fields can be made mandatory when filling in a visitor form. Example Name (First and Last), Email Address and Contact Number

Add visitor check in time to Visitor Management so a busy desk knows when to expect guest.
Busy front desks are helped when there is a time when an expected guest is expected to arrive.
this would help with the sort function on attendees expected.

Attendees Names
I'm not quite sure why under the attendees tab, you have the last name first and the first name last. The old version wasn't like this so PA's don't even read the boxes, but also, when you are typing someone's name, you type John Smith, not Smith John. I know you can swap it over after, but i just preferred the old way

Make the host phone number mandatory when adding a new visitor
The Hosts phone number to be made mandatory when booking a visitor. Host phone number made visible to at the front end when front desk book visitor in.
