  1. Bulk Update/Import new personal spaces

    Being able to quickly update or import new desks with a CSV upload would save much time. The initial setup was done with a CSV upload so i dont see why this should not be made available to all Admin users.

  2. Automatic check in on the day - make it deactivated even if check in period has started

    At present, Automatic Check In occurs if a booking is made on the day if the check in period has started. However, if a user books on the day, get automatically checked in but doesn't turn up that desk gets wasted, because the user doesn't get bumped and it allows a user to cheat the system. Also, the text in the application set up says that "Bookings made after the check-in period ends are always checked in automatically, regardless of this setting" which is incorrect according to support.   3. Find A Colleague - View where they are sitting without having a pop up message about not being able to book a desk on that floor

    It is really confusing to our employees that a message pops up saying "You do not currently have access to book a personal space on this floor.." every time they click the View button on the Find A Colleague page. This message is not necessary until the user actually tries to book a desk in that area, which is later in the workflow.   4. Allow desk bookings 90 days in advance.

    We need to be able to book desks to wrap around meetings and events which are scheduled more than 5 weeks in advance.

  5. Closure Until Date when Closed from Floor Plan

    When closing a desk from the floor plan view, it should ask for an until date, and not automatically set the until date to 2071.

  6. Differentiate booked desks vs checked in on Find A Colleague page

    It would be very helpful to see whether a user has checked in to their desk today vs whether they just have a desk booked for today on the Find A Colleague page. Currently the status says "In the Office" when the person has booked a desk and has not checked in yet.

  7. Sort Desk or Room Attributes

    It would make handling desk and room attributes easier if it was possible to sort attributes alphabetically when interacting with them via the admin pages or when filtering room or desk searches.

  10. desk booking for others on a daily basis, even if self-certification is activated

    We would like to be able to make bookings for others on a daily basis, even if self-certification is activated. It should then still be possible for the person for whom the booking was made to self-certify at check-in.

  11. Allow some users to book in advance of other users

    Scenario:
    The booking rule is all users can book a desk 2 weeks in advance.
    Our senior managers and partners want the ability to over-ride this restriction so they can book a desk 4 weeks in advance (so they get first dibs on the best/preferred rooms)

  13. AM/PM -Full Day Global setting

    The Global setting for AM/PM or Full Day can only be set for all locations. You cannot have both setting in a location or more so, two different locations. i.e. London and Asia where different Government working guidelines /practices require different settings.
    It would be useful to have this as a setting on the Applications set-up for Locations

  14. There are currently no available desks that match your specified search criteria

    When searching for a personal space (desk) for a number of days, rather than saying "none available" if there is desk availability on some of the days, say that instead of none for all days.
    Staff are becoming confused when trying to book 3 days in a week and having to keep changing the search for 1 day at a time.

    A view for reception teams to see who in in the office today, across groups. Reception teams tend not to have administrator access so do not have access to reports.

    It is wished by many in our office (especially the receptionists, because their task is to have the overview) that you can get a complete overview of alle booked personal spaces of all locations, groups and floors in the booking grid.   16. Ability to set custom work status

    We would like the option in Desk Booking for the user to allow a change to their status. Some users are sensitive to the status of "not working" and would like a status of "working", "working in office", "sick", out muliple days. Etc.

  17. Ability to Reserve over Slot Limit with Same-Day Bookings

    A customer would like the ability to limit the amount of bookings that a user can create ahead of time. For example: 1 slot/week. (This is currently supported by the application) However the customer would like to make sure that any open space during the same day is made available to be reserved by individuals that may have reached their slot limit.

  18. Restrict Bookings based on Vaccination Status

    Restrict Bookings based on Vaccination Status

    Idea is to restrict booking for unvaccinated, turning Desk Bookings into Managed Bookings (requiring approval from HR).

    Scenario

    1. User makes a Desk Reservation
    2. System Identifies user has Vaccination Status set to "Unvaccinated" under their user profile, queues up reservation under awaiting approval
    3. HR pulls reports and accepts or rejects reservation based on conditions or documentation
    4. Ability for user to submit documentation required by HR via Booking Form (Sends email to HR)

  19. Priority booking of desks

    Is there, or can there be, a setting we can apply to a desk group where after a certain time desks become available to book by users who do not normally have access to that group?
    For example, the 1st floor desks are restricted to specific users but if a desk is not booked for tomorrow by 4.00pm today - the desk becomes open for staff from other floors to book.
