    Early morning reminder pop up on phone app if you have a booked desk to: "check in now or delete booking". It could say something like: You have desk xx booked for today. Two options given: Check in now button, or delete booking button. Sent at 6am, so if people decide not to come in, their desk is released early for others to book.

  12. Please take away this option: "allow colleagues to see own status and personal workspace locations". Too many staff are showing anonymous.

    This would be very helpful! There is no way to view the floorplan for another floor or building for the current day.
