    In order to get an accurate understanding of our meeting room utilisation, we need to be able to report on who attended meetings on site and who joined remotely through Microsoft Teams. This is not currently possible. Please could you allow us to report on virtual attendees (where On site is unticked) via reports and the API.

  2. Additional field company in user profile

    user profile should be filled with the data "company" in case users are from a company with different subsidiaries .

    Field should be filled via SCIM automatically. User can see this field in his own profile but only an admin is able to change this data.

  5. Opportunity to have an admin level between country admin and building admin

    I have many buildings for different companies and so different admins. But I have no way to set "region" admin.
    Country and building are not enough : I need an intermediate level for cities or companies or regions for example.

    Users are currently not receiving any booking confirmation or cancellation notifications when making bookings through the O365 Addin. Although the room is successfully booked and visible on the Condeco portal, no email confirming or canceling the booking is being received.

  10. Choose a single appointment with Condeco Outlook Add-In from a recurring meeting without an end date

    Some people in the company have arranged regular recurring Teams meetings to exchange information via Outlook 365 without an end date so that they don't have to keep extending this series.
    Sometimes, however, people want to meet in person at the company and book a suitable room via the Condeco Outlook add-in. They take ONE appointment out of the series and want to search for a suitable room. However, an error message appears in the Condeco Outlook Add window indicating an appointment without an end date.   11. Add technology (MTR) Plus the room simultaneously via the web

    when booking via the web we should be able to also automatically include the technology. it works in outlook as well as the mobile app. it would make sense that when booking via the web it would invite the MTR especially since the MTR email address is added in the resource which is ON the web

  14. Conflict Transparency

    When users attempt to book a recurring meeting they are only shown rooms that are 100% available for all occurrences of the meeting sequence. Most leaders in this space are able to show conflicts to allow for one-off modifications (say 9 meetings in Room A, and 1 meeting occurrence in Room B due to an existing booking). At minimum showing the conflict would allow the users to adapt. Preferably an ability for the system to allow for exception booking for small number of conflicts that could be pre-set (i.e. show me rooms that meet 90% of my meeting dates and…

  15. smart calendar should detect the administrator access of the organizer

    You should detect Managed meeting spaces in Smart Calendar and if a user has administraotr access.
    Use Case : I have set up to 24 hours the time to validate a meeting so the moderators have one day to approve a request. But as a moderator, he can book the room the same day.
    As Smart Calendar doesn't detect his admin level access, the moderator can't book the room the same day.

  16. Delegate Services confirmation

    Currently only the Outlook Calendar owner receives a services confirmation email. However the delegate receives all other emails to complete a booking but not the vital email to say a room is booked and catering services charges. Delegate CC'd is all that is required.

  19. Can't see room attributes on a small screen resolution when searching for rooms

    When you search for rooms, you get a result list. However, on smaller display resolutions and screen sizes, the room attributes are hidden unless you scroll horizontally on the results list. One would not expect to scroll horizontally because the room booking button stays on the screen. Windows machines automatically scale text to 150% on laptop screens that are 15" with 1920x1080 resolution. This causes the room attributes to become hidden by the book button.
