Meeting Room initiation/cancellation
Can we get pre-warning that a meeting room booking has not been activated before the meeting is cancelled, rather than being informed after the system cancels it? A 5 minute warning notification would be helpful to avoid this.

Room name on Upcoming Bookings
Can you add the room name to the 'Upcoming bookings' tab on the home page?

Post reservation policies where they're easy to find.
List policies that are in effect for workspaces, offices, or the firm, for easy access by someone reserving. For instance, if I try to reserve in Chicago, I can only see a calendar a week out. Went through a lot of trouble and Help Desk time to find out that Chicago only allows a week, while other offices have longer durations. This is confusing and time consuming.

Hello Team, As as user experience journey we have seen many gaps in condeco portal which can be updated with new features to have an control on Site/Location level rather than the control on country level.
Eg:- If a email id needs to be added in booking notification for a particular site/locatoin in UK currently this only allow to save the changes on the whole group in UK region or globally but nott having any control to make the changes in Site/Location

Desk cancelled by field missing in desk cancellation email template setting

For the desk cancellation notification email, could you please add the field "Cancelled by User". At this moment, it's missing an can't be included in the cancellation email template.

Nach der Auswahl einer Etage zu der ein Grundriss existiert, könnte dieser direkt mit der Belegung angezeigt werden. Verfügbare Plätze können dann direkt auf dem Grundriss gebucht werden.

Add user's function to the report
There is a possibility to add function to the user's role, unfortunately, we can't find a possibility to see the user's role in reports. Could you please add this data to reports?
