  4. 'Visitors | Home' screen should show 'Advanced' visitor form

    Our reception team would like the 'Visitors | Home' screen to show the 'Advanced' visitor form. The simpler form that is there does not have enough useful fields for what we need to collect of visitors. Many of the fields that we need are on the 'Advanced' form.

  5. Give users the ability to selectively hide/expose each page in the system

    Give users the ability to selectively hide/expose each page in the system. We specifically want to hide the 'Today' and 'Find a colleague' pages, but there may be more in the future, or other clients may want to hide different pages. This is from ticket ENSD-60804.

  6. Two PAs to be shown as Bookers to assist job shares, etc.

    As a number of PAs work in a job share would it be possible for two "bookers" names to appear so that the booking is visible to both PAs and also can be amended by either PA.

  8. Delay in confirming booking

    I booked a meeting room at 9 am this morning and its now after 10 am but still have not received confirmation of whether this has been successful or not. This is not helpful as if my booking is declined it means l have to start again and might have missed making a booking on some rooms. Not sure why it should take so long to confirm a booking. If room is showing as empty on schedule why is there a delay in confirming the booking and what then is the point of the schedule if the information on there…

    If employee reserves place in office please add pop up suggestion - i.e "you are working from office tommorow. Do you also want to reserve parking place ?"

  12. Default to Floorplan View

    I always want to use the floorplan view, so please allow me to set that as my default view.

    I should also be able to click on a booking in the plan (blue dot), and then cancel my booking from there.

    Que la aplicación permita ver las personas que han estado en un puesto días anteriores a la fecha actual. Un compañero se ha dejado ayer un cargador de l portátil en un puesto y si lo hubiese podido ver habría contactado con el por Teams, para decirle que lo tengo yo. Un saludo

    Hi,
    I just got my Condeco access.
    One question in respect to browser bookmark:
    Is there a possibility to have the user name filled directly in to login mask?
    As I am the only one using my PC that would avoid unnecessary typing.
