Book a desk in the past
In view of COVID19, it would be good if Admins could retroactively book a desk on a past date, in case someone showed up at the office without actually booking a desk.

Selecting/Identifying Adjacent Desks
For adjacent desk configuration: allow for users to select near by desks using a GUI or similar visual plan (ex. via the floorplan). Objects highlighted automatically become "adjacent" in the system.

Uploading Group Configurations from Database with DCS
Omnicom is requesting if its possible for us to upload the group configurations through the backend from the database with the DCS they provide, instead of the client having to do the Group configurations.

Ability to setup shifts
Currently can only book a desk am/pm or all day. Many back end offices have shift patterns with 3-4 shift slots a day.
It would be helpful for the shifts to be specific to an individual/team or the space/group.

Set Release Periods via API for Fixed/Flexi Desks
Currently the API allows for release of a reserved desk but you cannot release a fixed/flexi desk. Either DeskBookingUpdateDeskBookingV1 needs to be updated to support fixed/flexi release or a new endpoint is required to set 'Release Period' for fixed/flexi desks.

Multiple login sessions?
Unable to login to both web app and mobile app simultaneously? That' not not being able to access webmail or outlook desktop app and have outlook mobile app at the same time. Each time you login to one, it boots you out of the other?

Prevent PM booking from getting bumped
When a AM/PM booking is created in one booking transaction for the same desk, this results in the bumping of the PM slot if the AM slot is not checked in by user. However, if same desk bookings are created separately as AM and PM slots respectively and user does not check in to AM slot, PM slot stays. Can a setting be introduced to prevent the first scenario from happening?

mobile app URL
Allow an alias URL to be used in the mobile app rather than only "yourcomany.codecosoftware.com". Eg. Browser access is via bookadesk.yourcompany.com.au.

Weekends + Booking of Desks
Would be great if we could book desks on the weekend if needed without the app automatically defaulting and assuming everyone in working on the weekend. We have assigned seats, and given this it defaults to working 7 days a week, as we chose the functionality of being able to book a desk on the weekend.

Make the Group selection list wider in 'Find a desk'; or make it so that when the cursor hovers over the name, that the whole name shows
Currently, users cannot read the whole group name if it is a long name

Additional user settings above those set by the group
Enabling an option to override group settings at a user level (similar to overriding number of days users can book a desk).
For example, managers who move between offices and need a desk booked in advance in more than one location, without enabling this function for all users. Another would be switching off the mandatory requirement to sign in for some users without needing to give them a fixed desk.

Ability to set a list of favorite spaces such as desks, and rooms, and book from the list quickly.

Per-Day Restriction (of Booking) on Employee
1) The ability to allow the administrator to define when a desk resource is available based on a selective day of the week.
2) The ability to allow the administrator to define a roster on when an employee is able to return to the office on a particular day of the week.

Automate the process of setting the desk resource from “Awaiting Sanitization” to “Available”
Hoping to have a function where the Desks will automatically change the state to “Available” at a predefined (e.g., 12 am / 0000H) daily so that employees can then search and book the desks.

Reminder when the booking is about to lapse
Reminder on mobile app when the booking is about to lapse while the resource is being utilized, this will ensure others who are waiting to occupy the resource will not have to wait thereby less impact to productivity

Indicate the desired desk on the floor plan
Today, when we search and get the list of the desks, and then click on "floor plan" for a specefic desk, we'll get the plan with all desks, so we need to research again for the desk desired on the plan. It will be great to be oriented directly to the desired desk on the plan.

Improve email templates
Email templates are currently bland and don't always give the information required.
Templates should be in a format so they can be tied into the company branding. Currently HTML does not support this.
Difficult to update templates, to provide required fields of information in the group admin section. For example, When booking a desk, the date is left blank, the from is left blank and the to is let blank. So people receiving these don't know the date and times of their booking.

V2 Desk booking unit GUI display for social distancing measures "not in use" image/message
Hi Condeco,
I would like to be able to best utilise Condeco V2 units to encourage social distancing in my Office. If you could please consider a creating a function and message for the Desk booking units (v2) indicating a desk not in use and making that desk not bookable, without having to remove it from the network from the back end or unplugging it from the mains. This would be very beneficial t my Organisaton so to help best utilise and maximise our current workstation usage Globally in the mist of of Covid 19.
