Or instead of opening up the booking in the same page as Your Booking when they click on Edit, the edit button should open the Booking Form, where the close button does exist.
This would be an easy modification to the existing page code and would make it far easier to implement.

Agreed. If using Condeco with Desk Booking, you have the option to exclude weekends. So in essence, this should also be available to room booking, especially for catering where notification time needs to be able to exclude weekends in those calculations.

The development of this feature is currently underway and we expect to be able to release it during Q4 2020.
The authentication of the card and the permissions of the holder will be pushed to the calendar service.
Assuming the card holder has permission to Start/Stop the meeting, then the screen will allow it.

That's true that you can turn on these features, but it would be better that it can only be started by those who are attendees on the meeting using the RFID, which is what Antonio is trying to say.

I agree - this behaviour is incorrect on the kiosk. You should be able to pick the desk you want just like the Web App and then confirm it.
