Condensed Booking Grid
On the booking grid page I'd like to use this page to see who will be in office which days; which it sort of does, but there are a lot of blank cells.
1. Would like the grid to remove blank boxes. Eliminate the row titles for desk #, and put the desk number in the box with the person's name. Would also like to select groups of people/departments rather than Location and Floor since I work with people in other locations.1 vote -
Free Space
Sobald wir wieder im Vollbetrieb sind, wäre es hilfreich wenn man eine Meldung erhält, dass es wieder freie Plätze gibt, wenn jemand einen frei gibt. Oder auch eine Übersicht wie viele Plätze auf dem entsprechenden Stockwerk noch frei sind. Gruss Stefan

Overview of when you was in the Office - also for past months
Dear Condeco-Team, It would be great if you could also see the past months in the calendar, then you would have a reliable / error-free overview of when you were in the office and when you were in the home office. Currently you can only see the next 4 weeks and the history disappears.

Floor overview
Hello - great tool but For Weena office in NL I do not particulary like the fact that I cannot see a full floor ... instead only small sections. This makes it laborious. Better to have a overview screen and if needed zoom after

Booking days/Floor plan
Booking Days:
it would be super if you can switch in the floor plan, between the days and thereby the floor plan just updates. so we can also see for which day we are actually planning a booking

Sub optimal UI
the find a colleague option is really confusing, what does one need to input here.
I was keen to find a workspace close to my colleague who is also visiting the office on the same day.
Can we have personal space as the first menu instead of meeting space.
The UI is really sub optimal and very slow

Quickly switch floors
In the "Your bookings" section, when displaying the floor plan, there should be an option to change floor and quickly see the attendance on other floors.
This is actually doable by copy/pasting the URL displayed on hovering "Ground floor" and changing the floorID parameter, but that's definitely not convenient.2 votes -
Booking window
It would be useful to be able to book more than two weeks in advance. I have a need to work from the office on 15/9 but can't book it yet as at 27/8.
This limitation also makes it difficult for anyone off for 2 weeks and wanting to book a desk for the week they're back in the office.
Lastly, when I try to book 15/9 I get a generic message that there are no desks available which makes it seem as though they're all already booked. A message that specifically explains that the date chosen is too far…

Annoying grid list order
It is so irritating that the booking grid does not just show desk resources in alphabetical order to how we have named them. Instead it seems to just show the resources in system ResourceID order - that is as useful as a chocolate kettle. Cant you order the stuff in the alphabetical order we name them rather than your own system ID order which means nothing to the users?

Advanced Reports > Change Filters
In advanced reports -- Room Booking Reports perhaps have defaults (the same country, building, floor...) or add a method of saving your filters, so the next time one needs a report they don't need to go through each step: Country, Region, Location, Floor, Group, Services. Generally it will be the same each time.

Easy booking
I just want to select my prefered time period, then select the building, click through the different floors, see a map with the whole floor that I can easily zoom in and out and then see which places are still available, click on it and book.

Regular non working day
Allow users to set a day every week as a non-working day.
Allow users to see who is booked on desks so they know who in their team is working in the office.

Check In Process - Not user friendly
The "check-in" process is not user friendly. We should receive a reminder before being bumped and/or a QR code could be added to the desk for the check-in process.

Ability to customize columns in Your Bookings so you can see the room name
In Meeting Spaces- Your Bookings the room name isn't visible for the listed bookings because the 'Location' is made up of the location, room name and floor and the column isn't wide enough to display everything. We realise you can hover the mouse above the location name to get the full details but to get an 'at a glance' view of the rooms booked it would be useful to see the room name either by adjusting the columns widths or allowing users to customize which fields they see.

Desk Searching
Can there be a feature to search for a desk number and have it show up on the map or search for a desk number for a certain date and see who has it reserved? Condeco booking is fairly straightforward, but from and administrative side it is not user friendly at all.

Reminder too late and too often
The reminder for desk bookings is late (one day after booking). Further, I received three reminders in a row for the same day. There must be something wrong
