    Add the ability to customise the Add Services auto-generated email when booking a room via the Outlook add-on.

  3. “Your booking” section visibility/order

    Could columns be re-order to have the Meeting Room column (Location) directly after the Date/Time of the meeting to avoid scrolling to the end of each line + full visibility of the location details to avoid hovering over for full room details.
    The column order would be on the line of: Time – Meeting – Location – Booking VC/ID – Status - Host – WorkSpace

  5. Meeting Room Summary Notification – Admin Support Feature

    Add a feature that allows meeting rooms to send a summary notification to selected recipients, such as the admin team, either at the start of the day or at a set time before a scheduled meeting.

    Purpose:
    To keep the admin team informed and prepared for upcoming meetings.

    Key Features:
    - Users can nominate individuals or groups (e.g. admin team, assistants, IT support).
    - Notification Timing:
    Start of day (e.g. 8:00 AM)
    Set time before each meeting (e.g. 1 hour prior)
    - Summary of meeting, including time, name, notes and requirements.

    Delivery Options:
    saEmail, Teams message, or mobile app notification

  6. Edit bookings older than 30 days - required for monthly reports

    Currently you can only edit a booking within the last 30 days, Running reports at the beginning of the month for the previous month then doesn't have the data required on all bookings, this needs to be extended to a minimum of 45 days.

  7. Option to default certain room panel's so it can be set to 'Private'

    To have the function to set be able to set individual room panel's as private so that these can not be booked, as currently booking the room out for a period of time is the only option there is.

  8. Hovering over a meeting - needs to remain longer.

    When hovering over a meeting - the meeting details show for just a few seconds before disappearing.
    This should continue to remain and show as long as the mouse is hovered over the meeting.

  10. Unify booking behavior between booking grid and booking form

    At the moment, when booking a space directly on the booking grid, associated service items are not added unless the booking form is opened at least once.

    The booking should behave in the same way whether or not you book on the grid or open the booking form.

  11. "Also delete from outlook calendar" button to be mandatorily checked

    We have the "copy to outlook" button permanently checked - can we please have the option to have the "Also delete outlook calendar event" permanently checked as well?

    Also, admins should have the option to delete the outlook calendar events. Only the person who booked the meeting has the check box option. This is causing a lot of issues with bookings currently at our firm.

  12. Improve Logging and Messaging for Administrators

    Our organization has experienced three (3) separate critical production issues in which Managed Meeting Room requests submitted through the Engage web application were automatically deleted by the system. Although the root causes of these issues differed, the consistent behavior across incidents made it difficult for both our organization and Eptura Support to promptly identify and troubleshoot the problems.

    In each instance, when a reservation request was automatically deleted, the system failed to send email notifications to system administrators and the requestor. In addition, the booking summary incorrectly recorded the deletion as having been completed by the user rather than by…

  13. Show room alert text when booking on mobile

    Currently if you book a room on desktop, it shows alert text about the room (if its been configured with it) but this text isn't shown on the mobile booking journey. This makes the alert kind of pointless if it has important room info in it as it will never be seen by mobile users.

  16. Seggregate hourly resources on the floorplan page so other group admins do not mess with the positioning of the green dots.

    The personal spaces are setup as expected where only the group admins have the ability to move the green dots around. But in hourly resource booking, looks like if there are 2 groups on the same building and floor, both the group admins will have access to each other's resource green dots on the floor plan which is inconvenient and not ideal. Considering changing this will be great.

  18. Linked rooms functionality with copy to outlook button checked

    Our firm has the "copy to outlook" button checked automatically - when this box is checked, it eliminates the option to use the linked rooms feature - suggestion is to be able to use this functionality when checked

    additionally, when using the linked rooms function - please allow us to pick the primary room

  19. Extend Concierge Tile Management to Group Admins

    Currently, only Global Admins can create and amend Concierge tiles, which limits flexibility and slows down communication. Allowing Group Admins to manage these tiles via ‘Additional Administrative Access’ would enable roles such as Communication Officers and Property Managers to create Announcements and Events directly, without needing to raise requests with Global Admins. This change would streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

  20. Condeco Booking to be deleted from Condeco Portal

    The booking is being removed from the Condeco device; however, it still appears in the Condeco portal. Is there a way to ensure the booking is automatically deleted from the portal as well when it's cancelled?
