  3. Enhancements for finding colleagues

    You should be able to:
    1. See a list of everyone with a booking on a certain day. This will help deciding to meet in person.
    2. See a list of all bookings for a colleague. Then you can decide to go in on the same day.

    Within user profile - please add some fields such as Employee ID, Cost Centre(s) - so that data can be added (host and requestor) for services to be recharged.

    It would be helpful to have numbers on the desks so we can easily find the seat we are supposed to be sitting in especially as the building is so new and we aren't yet familiar with the layout

  7. Time Zones on booking confirmations

    Hello,
    I'm submitting feedback to request that time zones are included when booking a conference room. I understand we are instructed to book within the local time zone that the conference room is in. However, I feel there will be less room for error if the time zone was indicated on the booking confirmation.

    Could you please start the weeks in the proper calendar week order, Sunday , Monday, Tuesday etc. instead of Monday, Tuesday, etc.

    Can the desk view booking be displayed in desk number order and the closed desks either removed or put to the end of the list

  10. Check-in time only appears after 08:00

    When I arrive in the office before 0800 I am not able to check-in to my desk. This appears to change at 08:00. Please could this be changed to a more suitable time like 06:00?

    Give me a history of activity so I can see what has been booked and cancelled. My meetings got cancelled today after I edited them and there is no way of seeing why or how this happened.

  13. Feedback mechanism

    It would be good to be able to feedback on meeting spaces (a room I had booked was still occupied so I had my meeting in another meeting space but then got an email saying I had not started the meeting - if I had a feedback mechanism I could have reported that I was not starting my meeting due to a previous meeting overrun)

  14. Display a list of dates a colleague is booked in

    I'd like to be able to see a simple easy-to-find list of what dates X colleague is working in the office. At the moment I can only search by name and a specific date/two date range and it's an infuriating guessing game.

  16. Bookable Resources Catalogue

    How about a catalogue of all the resources available for booking in the organisation, with slots for related information to be displayed too, such as the owner of that resource? This may well be something that administrators can see, but why not a more limited, read-only version for users?

  17. Visitor & Meeting Rooms

    Visitors:
    Searching:
    - Would be helpful to filter for a visitor by selecting their name/company name.
    - Would be useful to see past visitor information (outside of 3 month range).
    Meeting spaces -
    Would be helpful to have an overview of past meeting spaces (they seem to disappear)
    - Meeting grid - would be useful to have a calendar option to select rather than selecting a day at a time.
