Half day bookings available at local level
it would be beneficial if the half day booking option could be set up at a local level, rather than as a global change.

Pending bookings that are amended should not require approval for minor changes
When a managed booking has been confirmed it's appearing on the ABG but when a user is amending the booking, it is disappearing from the ABG.
If the time of the meeting changed, it's normal that it's not appearing in the ABG, but if the user just add or removed services, it should stay on the ABG.19 votes -
We would like an 'all floor' option on Room Finder so that we can search across all floors
Currently a user is only able to select a single floor at a time when doing a search from Room Finder. We would like it to display an 'all floor' option so that the user is able to easily widen their search across all floors for a location.

Location Display - Ability to change.
I'd like the ability to change the display in Outlook as they are not currently configurable in Condeco.
This will provide a better user experience so locations are visible when they look on mobiles or details views in outlook.
For example,
<<(1st line of address), (location, ie. Sydney) - Floor - MR xx.xx>> should ideally be displayed as
<<(shortened location, i.e SYD) - MR xx.xx - (1st line of address)>.Can it be changed so we have the ability to change this display text.

Booking Desk on behalf of colleague/ visitor
Can users be given Book Desk on behalf of a colleague or a visitor to floor who requires to be working for the day, if permitting please advise

1 product is for X participants
Condeco Catering is expected to be able to assign several participants to one product.
Example:
1-10 participants = 1 pot of coffee or tea
11-20 participants = 2 pots of coffee or tea etc.A booking is changed by adding 15 participants, then the number of pots of coffee / tea is automatically adjusted

up to 5 options for users to choose when cancelling a meeting to allow for reporting as to reasons why they are cancelling the meeting

Extending meeting that is in progress or just before it finishes
It would be good to be able to extend a booking when it is in progress or to be able to extend the time of a booking when it is due to finish. As we find meetings do over run and there is no way to extend them.

Ability to change date format
Have the date format changed to align with the language selection, so that if we select "English (US)" the date shows using the format used in the US, MM/DD/YYYY.

quantity of the product and the number of participants
When booking with 5 participants, a product is then added, the quantity of the product is equated with the number of participants.
If the number of participants is subsequently changed, Condeco does not automatically adjust the amount of the product.
We expect Condeco Catering to automatically adjust the quantities of products. But only if the number has not been changed manually beforehand.
Example:
5 participants and 5 cakes (amount transferred automatically); minus 1 participant = 4 participants and 4 cakes

Recurring desk bookings
Allow us to set a desk booking as recurring (daily, weekly) so we don't need to go into the system every time a new period is opened for booking

Conflicting recurring meetings should suggest alternatives based on number of attendees
When a recurring meeting has a conflict, the application should recommend rooms based on the number of attendees to optimise room utilisation.
Currently, it suggests conference rooms that have either the same or more room capacity.
Example:
I want to create a weekly meeting in the Philadelphia office in Conference Room A (that has the capacity set to 15) and in one of the weekly occurrences, I have a conflict because someone has Conference Room A already booked.
There are 10 people set as attendees in the booking.

System to hold room bookings to for a set period of time
When a user is trying to book a room, another user is able to "steal" the room if they complete their booking quicker. Once a booking is in the process of being made, another user should not be able to make a booking in the same room if the times overlapped. Similar to online ticket websites that hold tickets for a set period of time (usually 10 minutes) to allow you time to complete the transaction. Provide "Find bookings" functionality to all profiles
Currently, the "Find bookings" functionality is only available for Admin profile, but this functionality can also help "normal users" to find a booking directly by the host name or id.

Date range for colleague search in web browser
In the mobile app, I can specify a date range when searching for colleagues, so I can look over a longer period of time to see when a particular colleague is in the office. This should also be possible via web version. Unfortunately, I can currently only select one day for the search.

Prevent users from remotely starting the meeting
Users misbehaving and starting their meetings remotely from the web, outlook add-in or mobile.
Admins should have the option to disable this feature and force users to physically be at the screen to check in.
