See colleagues from other functional groups in grid
I really enjoy the booking grid, mainly to see who is in on what day.
It would be great to be able to see (view) the bookings of colleagues in other functional groups. Now you can search for a specific colleague, but it would be nice to just see who is in the office on a certain day.1 vote -

When rooms are Closed - is it possible for users to see the reason on the grid by hovering over the room name or space.

Programme Meeting space to allow AM and PM bookings - like desk space
The team are looking at ways to use the meeting rooms during this time and I wonder if it’s possible to programme the rooms / meetings to allow people to only book time slots.. Is Condeco programable to only have 2 meetings in per day - AM and PM? Or 8.30 – 12 and 1-5 (something like this)
I am conscious that the desk booking system used to allow this but I wasn’t sure on programming meeting space

Max availability icon size
Set the maximum size for the availability icons on the floor plan when zoomed out. The icons don’t shrink enough when scaled out so you just see a sea of icons instead of the floor plan if you zoom out

Linking rooms
when linking rooms currently the system changes the set up it would be good to have a default option on both rooms to prevent set up changing

Please can you advise how I can ensure CV1 is the default for booking a hot desk I can select every other branch location and CV2 but not CV1 and it's not an option in my profile settings, thank you

Customisable pop up message feature.
Customisable pop up window to display messages when entering the home page. This would be useful to hightlight important messages people may miss as they dont generally take note of the plain text on the homepage would be nice to add hyperlinks too or simple editing bold to this too.

Quick room search - From date
Quick room search: when the Group drop down is set to All Groups, and one of the Groups (we'll call it Group A) is configured to require 72 hrs' notice to book - the From date defaults to a date in 3 days' time. Can the From date always show today's date instead and the search results reflect the fact that there will be no rooms in Group A available? This will avoid the user having to search individual groups for a booking for today.

Nachbearbeitung stattgefundener Buchungen
Liebes Team, es wäre großartig, wenn bestehende Buchungen, welche bereits stattgefunden haben, noch angepasst werden können.
In meinem Fall handelt es sich spezifisch um die Anpassung der Zeiten, damit der Report nicht extra noch einmal angepasst werden muss.Vielen Dank

Calendar needs to be screen reader accessible
The calendar function needs to be made accessible to screen reader users like me.
When I try selecting a month other than the current one from the calendar, the calendar disappears. Either make the calendar accessible, or, allow the user to type in the dates for booking meeting rooms.

Setup room status to be disabled from booking grid status bar.
We would like the Setup status of a room to be disabled from the booking grid under the room number/name and instead to show the last input, Clean, Awaiting cleaning etc. When in Setup FOH has no idea if the room is ready or not but they can see the setup on the grid so the status bar showing Setup seems redundant. Thanks

Improvements
Hi there,
I don't think anyone knows the below acronyms mean or stand for (VCU, FC etc). Could you add a key with a brief explanation of each? It would be more meaningful if it explained what the kit was - e.g. there is a surface hub to joins teams call, or there is a screen but you have to plug someone's laptop in to do a teams call?
Also, would be useful to know the names of colleagues who have a room booked, as then we could message direct to ask them if the room is still needed if…
