  1. Provide italicized i for other fields in system (e.g., Cost Codes) to provide instructions

    The Notes field and the Meeting space field have a blue italicized i next to each field which provides some additional information. Can we have a similar information icon for our GL Code, Client Matter Field (custom field) and Outside Group field (custom field)?

  2. Make the "Add Services ..." email configurable

    When using the O365 plugin to book a managed room with services an email is sent to the user.
    Can this email layout and content be configurable?

    I find it inexplicable that this email should contain all services offered by the vendor even if they have not been configured for the room resource.

    in my organisation , each room is managed by a different user depending on the day of the week. so reservations for rooms are confirmed by a different user depending on the day of week.

  4. Pre-configure Outlook Add-in

    On initial use of Add-in it is required to enter default URL and run through a verification process.
    Could these be pre-configured by our IT Teams via xml config file or similar?
    In the past we have identified that when introducing new technologies we should avoid setup steps wherever possible in order to get employee buy in

  6. Booking Grid Permissions

    Despite the ability to hide your status in your profile, when the booking grid is enabled all users are visible. Booking grid should also reflect the user permissions if they have selected to be visible or not.

  9. Allow Booking Exceptions For Exchange Room Policy BookingWindowInDays

    Allow users to use either the Condeco Web Portal or Add-In to submit exceptions to bypass the Exchange room property BookingWindowInDays. In Exchange, users who are listed under RequestOutOfPolicy can submit exceptions. Can we do the same in Condeco?

  10. Improved Cost Code selection and validation on Booking Form

    The Cost Codes in Meta Admin should be able to be searched by both Code and Description and validated on the booking form when services with a cost value > $0 are added to the booking. The two current options of (1) only required, with no validation or (2) every booking needs a validated cost code are insufficient functionality.

  12. Personal space slot timing

    Usually the shift timings are:
    8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
    10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
    7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

    But when I book for a personal space, I only have 2 options i.e. either select one of the checkbox ☑ or both of it. Usually our shifts are not always fall in AM or PM zone. It extends from AM to PM.

    Please incorporate a feature where we can select our shifts timing.

  16. Ability to customise the 'Add services to your booking' email generated by M365 integrated booking

    We need to be able to customise the details presented in the 'Add services to your booking' email.
    We need to decide what services should be shown and/or the pricing associated with the items.
    We also want the option to disable this email for some groups of rooms.

  17. Ability to Book Linked Meeting Spaces through Outlook Plugin

    Currently you cannot book linked meeting spaces through Outlook. This seems like a big miss from Condeco which makes users book one way for a certain set of rooms then have to go to the web for linked ones. Bad user experience. Please fix this Condeco!

  18. Room Booking UI - Default zoom level - Allow user preferred zoom level to be saved

    The default zoom level within the Room Booking UI, can sometimes be too small for users who are vision impaired.

    This is especially apparent when using high resolution screens on smaller devices.

    Although ctrl + scroll is an ok work around to zoom in and out, the user has to continually do this for each subsequent booking, as the zoom state is not remembered.

    Allowing the zoom level to be stored as a user preference would be nice to see and helpful for users who serve as a PA, who need to process multiple bookings.

    In Your Bookings I can see the Start Date, Start Time and End Time.

    When the booking is set also for the next day, the specification of End Time without End Date leads to misunderstandings.

  20. Meeting Booking Acceptance & Exchange review need to be amended.

    Ceondeoc accepts a meeting booking where available in the system issuing a conformation. Then, checks the exchange with outlook (or other) and issues a cancelation if there is another non synced booking or hidden reoccurrence.

    Condeco system should check this prior to sending the acceptance to prevent confusion for host & attendees.
