  2. The ability to delete personal spaces en masse

    It would be useful to have the ability to delete personal spaces easily en masse, perhaps via a tick box. We have been utilizing them for bus seats which are no longer required and deleting them was very time-consuming.

  3. Restrict Country admins from editing to personal space attributes

    Currently, Country admins are able to make changes to personal space attributes. This should not be permitted as these are a global setting

  4. Booking table and parking places in one go

    Hello,
    I would like to suggest an improvement for reservation: book and parking place reservation in one attempt. For example: during book reservation it is also visible a checkbox input type for parking reservation (without having to make reservations twice separately for the desk and parking places).

  6. Option to disable requestor email prompt

    We use the Booking Request template to CC our Reception team, so they know to review a booking request that contains special instructions or catering. However, if a requestor clicks "No" to receiving an email notification, the reception team do not receive the notification.

    I'd like the option to disable this prompt, so emails are generated regardless. This already happens for cancellations etc, so why not for the original request?

  7. Set a list of words that bypass the check-in

    Create a list of words that if presented in the meeting title, automatically confirm the meeting.

    for some maintenance activities, we need to book in advance a room for a full day. We usually set "Maintenace" in the title.
    having a defined tag or word will avoid that reservation will be deleted automatically as not confirmed.

  8. Add Workspace types to the Booking Table on the database that we can connect using CData drivers

    We use CData drivers to connect the condeco database with Tableau and we noticed that the Bookings Table doesn't contain Workspace types (like Desk, Parking Space, Locker, Huddle Space, phone booth, etc). We create reports which should show the data about booked workspace types so we kindly ask you to add this data to the table.

  10. desk bumping notice

    when i come into the office (once a week or so) i often forget to check in my desk. the reminder email comes 5 minutes before the booking is cancelled. as checking in takes at least a minute or two that gives a 3 minute window. why not send the reminder an hour earlier or just send reminders at hourly intervals from the start of the day. i understand some people might book for periods of less than a day but 5 minutes is not enough!
    in addition if i forget i can not re-book the desk as it says…

  11. Changing individual component in your booking

    When a booking has already been made and you would like to make changes to certain component like date, sitting position or room. There should be provision to change this individual components, instead of cancelling the entire booking and starting from beginning.

  13. Booking History

    It would be helpful to see booking history (i.e. last financial year) in "your bookings" section. In Australia, its possible to claim personal tax deductions for days working from home. Hence, keeping these records would help substantiate these calculations

    Hi Team, I tried to register my user email with yongxiang.lim@sg.fcm.travel but it showed invalid characters due to domain name with sg.fcm.travel. It was works in the past.

  15. Bulk-assign desks to Group

    Bulk-assign desks to other Groups:

    Analogous to Zone assignment, it would be a great improvement from user experience perspective if it would be possible to bulk-assign desks to other Groups. Currently, you need to adjust every single resource separetly in order to assign it to another Group which is a quite tedious process with multiple resources.

  16. Permanently assign desk to employee without assuming they will be in the office every day

    We have staff with personal work spaces that are always assigned to them. Currently they're configured as flexi desks with no end date which is effective for reserving the space for them. There is a gap, however, that always shows these staff as working in the office even if they haven't checked in. Further, it would be helpful if those staff could even plan out days that they don't expect to be in the office on the calendar.

    Currently if the user indicates they're working remotely it releases the flexi desk as well even if the group is configured NOT…

  17. Ability for delegates to check into host's meetings for them

    It would be helpful if delegates could check into meetings via the web app or mobile app for bookings they have made on behalf of others in Smart Calendar. If I book a meeting through my boss's Outlook calendar, I am not able to check into that meeting for him.

  18. Desks and pods numbers

    Hi
    It would be useful to have, for each floors, a plan with the desks and pods' numbers on it to send to our fee earners when we book desks and pods on their behalf so that they know exactly where to go. I am currently taking screenshots of the floor plan and adding text using the pen of a snipping tool which is time consuming and doesn't look great/professional.

  20. Ability to add services using the Outlook Add-in and Smart Calendar

    Can you please allow the option to add services to bookings by default on Smart Calendar Add-in.

    This works fine on the COM Add-in so why are we loosing functionality on new products?
