Visitor API call to return visitors for a specific user
We are using a Viva Connections UI to access Condeco via the API. With a user's Condeco ID, it is not possible to pull the visitors for that user. From a UX perspective, it would be better for this information to be immediately available to see (at least for say, the next 5 visitors), rather than have to select to view them by date.

User API call to return default location and floor for all users
We are using a Viva Connections UI to access Condeco via the API and, although we can pull all the user IDs , it is not possible to return the default location and floor. From a UX perspective, it would be better to pre-populate the default rather than the user having to select from a drop with a significant number of options. This is particularly important for new joiners and those employees who have changed location or floor.
In the meantime, we need to manually upload the master data provided by the Condeco team on a periodic basis.1 vote -

Admins need to be able to see who initiates team day bookings and who they are booked for. There is currently no visibility to see this information as an administrator.

Half Day cancellations
Would be useful if we are able to close half day bookings. Currently users are able to book for AM or PM, as admins, we should be able to also close desks for either AM or PM

I would like to see the feature "Allow colleagues to see my status and personal workspace locations" to be greyed out so that a users cannot do this and that only Group Admin can do this. It is not helpful when you can't locate a user or know where they are sitting

Request for Enhanced Filtering Options in Condeco
Hello, I am writing to suggest an enhancement to the filtering options within Condeco. Specifically, it would be highly beneficial to have a filter that allows users to distinguish between active and non-active items, not only for Catering Services but for all items within the platform.
Currently, the lack of such a filter makes it challenging to efficiently manage and navigate through the various items. Implementing this feature would streamline our workflow, improve user experience, and enhance overall productivity.
Could you please consider adding this functionality to Condeco? Your prompt attention to this request would be greatly appreciated.

Condeco sync with Outlook
Users have encountered several issues since Outlook was synced with Condeco. We recommend providing the option to configure whether we want the default tick selected when booking a room, allowing us more control over the setup.

Regional Admins creation to coordinate multiple countries to Map Exchange resources, etc.
Country Admins not able to use some features like manage their location, GPS coordinates, map exchange resources, etc.
Regional Admins could do that with no need to set them as Global Admin.

Admin to be able to edit attendee number for Smart calendar bookings
Admin should be able to edit the number of attendees for any type of booking. Now since the deployment of the smart calendar add-in, Outlook appointment cannot be edited anymore.

Have the option to automatically set desks up as Closed
When creating a new Personal Space in Resource Administration, it would be good to have the option to create them as closed rather than creating them and then going back Application Setup > Resources, searching for them and setting them as closed.

Create multiple teams to book team days in the office
The ability for a user to create multiple teams to enable booking a team day via the app instead of having to select individuals from one large list, the user could create Team A, Team B, etc. to invite different teams to collaborate on projects or on different days.

Condeco goes in "Stand By" mode too quick. Frequent users like our receptionists has to click "resume" button often. Ideally, we should be able to configure per tenant the idle time in the application.

Allow to change the default configuration about the "Add to your Outlook calendar" checkbox
Since the implementation of the "Add to your Outlook calendar" checkbox option when creating a meeting in the portal, at the bottom left of the "Meeting space booking form" (see attached file)
--> This option is enabled by default, I mean that the checkbox is checked.
Would it be possible to uncheck this checkbox by Default ?
