  2. Let us amend the "past" bookings even when the time is over.

    On the booking grid when the time of the booking is over you cannot extent the booking any more. it is important to be able to extend it even if the booking is considered in the past as many times we need to give them more time and there is no other way to block the space other than booking a whole new booking all over again.

  3. Show visitor's name that have been here in the past so we can choose "autofill"

    Show visitor's name ( when registering them ) that have been here in the past so we can choose "autofill" and this way we could see the previous host and all other details. This could speed up the prosses so much and help us find details that people usually do not remember. ( They usually give us random names other than the host and this delays everyone. Also creates confusion.

Its too busy no need to view buildings or resources which are closed. we can't delete our buildings just yet but don't need to see the groups. or maybe add the closed groups in a different location

  6. In office schedule showing attendance over the past week, month and year

    Make it easier for users to view their past attendance over the past week, month, year by adding this to the top of the in office schedule view. At the moment users have to manually count the number of days they've attended the office and can't view the information at a glance. Also the in office schedule only shows the past 3 months data, can this be extended to show 12 months attendance.   10. Ability for managers to view their team/department's in office schedule

    It would be really helpful for managers to see their team/department's in office schedule, this will give them a good indication of their team's attendance in the office instead of having to pull reports for each department or providing admin access to managers and having to give them training on how to pull the reports. This will be especially useful in offices where there is a mandatory return to the office and employees are required to attend a set amount of days.

    Your Team page - ability to revert back to previous location status when you delete your personal/meeting space

    Currently, your location status is updated automatically if you book something on Condeco. However, it does not revert back when you delete the booking. You will have to manually adjust your status to change this.

  12. Zoom in and zoom out for a floorplan

    Dear Eptura, we would like to suggest, if you can install a zoom in and zoom out function in the web application of Condeco.

    Many of our users are complaining, they would like to zoom in the floorplan for a better view, but it is not possible.

    It would be good, if you can implement that zoom function for better user experience.

  14. Restrict booking based on default Building location, not just Group

    As more and more locations begin to use Condeco to reserve space in the office, we're finding more people not based in a particular office wanting to make reservations in not their "home" office, taking away space from the people based in those locations. Currently the only option is to restrict access based on default booking Group. As we have several booking Groups in our location, it's become an issue when a person based here has to book something outside of their default group (due to lack of availability in their default group) - they're now subject to the same…

  16. confirmation emails for room bookings in M365

    Room Bookings do not get sent a confirmation email if the booking is made via the Outlook Add-In. A confirmation email from Condeco would be really useful especially in troubleshooting issues with the Add-In

    It should be possible to limit and delimit resources over time. Example 1: We opened a new team space at the end of 2023 and added 1 room with 3 desks from another team space to this new team space. If I now analyse last year's booking data, these 3 desks have already been assigned to this new team space for the entire last year, even though this team space did not even exist until November 2023.   19. Condeco Working Week

    To be in line with Services, where notification and cancellation times can be added to menu items. It would be beneficial for Condeco to acknowledge working week “Monday to Friday only” as opposed to including weekends. This would benefit notification calculations where an item is recorded with 24, 48 or 72 hours notice and prevent items being booked on a Friday and being delivered on Monday morning because Saturday & Sunday is currently assumed in Condeco as working days.   20. Configure default meeting reminder at organization level

    It's about configuration of meeting reminders. Currently, users are required to manually set this option for each booking. Would like the possibility for admins to configure it at organization level (for every rooms, users and bookings)
