Enhance Booking personal form: When booking a personal space for someone else, I will need to expand my window or scroll down to choose "external" button. Can this button be shifted on top and underneath "booking for someone else?" Makes it easy format.

Add the "Your Team" feature from Mobile app. to Web app.
Dear Condeco, we would like to propose an idea, the Your Team feature available on Mobile app, to have also in the Web application. Lot of our users thinks this is a great feature, but as not all of them are using mobile phones, they cannot use that feature and it will help them on daily basis. Thank you.

Make "Rest Password" easy to the employees - Removal of memorable word and adding OTP triggered to their email.
Dear Condeco, its been observed in recent times lot of employees are raising a concern that they are not able to reset their password on their own and are reaching out to the global admins to reset at the backend.
Currently employees can reset their password only if they remember memorable word, but generally people do tend to forget both their main password as well as the memorable word. Having memorable word as a mandatory step whilst resetting the password is making the task hectic for both global admins and employees and is leading to lesser utilization of the tool…

Condeco Mobile - Find a colleague
'Find a colleague' on mobile application not only displays where your colleague is present but also allows you to book a desk next to your colleague.
So, you were getting the error of 'No desk available for the selected search criteria' because of the below group setting
The purpose of this setting is to either allow to book more than one desk on that group (if enabled) or to restrict the users to not book the desk if they already have the desk booked on that group (if disabled)

The mobile application and web application are now designed to show the floor plan when searching a for a colleague regardless of whether there is spaces available in the group and if the searcher already has a conflicting Personal space booking. Can you check this functionality and if this is not what you're seeing, raise this with Condeco Support team to investigate.Â

Functionality for notes to show on items in booking grid
Could we please have the functionality to add notes on to the items in the booking grid so that users dont have to click in to the booking to see them

Ability to export Legacy Reports
The ability to export legacy reports to excel will help with lengthy tasks done with old legacy data. As you can be dealing with many months of information at once, analysing this when its only in a viewable format is difficult

Your Team mobile feature - Calendar setup and visibility for each booking
Dear Condeco, we would like to propose to change the Your Team feature in a way, that we will be able to see each booking of the colleagues, which are part of our Team in Calendar and not just the bookings of the colleagues in the same location.
Please adjust in that way the Calendar view for Your Team feature.

There should be a check box that lets the user alert an internal team, by email, that a visitor has a disability.
This is so our internal team can make sure that we are checking the space to make sure it can accomodate.

Parking space information
When booking a parking space we feel it would help the front of house team to know what registration number is connected to that parking space. Can we add a section to add information so that when people book a parking space they can add their registration number

Handicap services provided by Condeco
Dear Condeco, we would like to propose to extend the User service in Condeco, also by other services related to Handicap solutions.
Example, when somebody has to find an elevator than it will be shown on the Floorplan (direct space and also via arrows, where to find it from a specific location). When somebody needs an escalator, it will be visible on floorplan.

Requests Section to be re-designed wrt Condeco-Exchange Synch
We do know that there is dependency when it comes around Condeco-Exchange setup and that's why requests which gets initiated for rooms which is part of approval process should be very clear. Now suppose rooms which is requested via Exchange interface (Restricted Group) are being suggested to get approved /rejected on ORF side by respective delegate . But then why those also gets reflected on Condeco Web end as superusers are generally setup on Condeco portal side as well. Differentiation while acting on it from GRID can be done but no where on Request side can tell if it has…

Flag meetings where services requested
Is it possible to have a flag for admins / front of house (hosts) of the meetings have a flag against any meeting that has a service requested such as food ? It would help prevent the request being missed

Location filter for Groups in Administration
Unlike most admin fields when reviewing groups there is no filtering per location. this makes it sometimes difficult to view only the relevant groups for that location/region.

Exchange sync service monitoring
Exchange sync is one of the most crucial functionalities for our implementation of Condeco. Last time this service stopped working, we have no idea until checking the Exchange room mapping settings, and it could have been down for a month at that point. Please provide a feature to notify admins when this feature is down, so that we can take actions in a timely manners

Disable Meeting Spaces on Condeco Portal
As an admin, I must have the ability to disable the 'meeting space' functionality on the Condeco Portal without impacting the ability for my users to continue reservations via their outlook calendar, so that users are not presented with conflicting experiences while booking a conference room.

Description Field when Personal Space Status Changes
When our Facilities Department closes a desk (due to broken equipment, etc.) we would like them to be able to track the reason for the closure for better management of those desks, and then edit/update that Description field once the desk is able to reopen.

More granular Admin override for Notice periods
At the moment there is a global switch for either allowing or disallowing admins to override notice periods.
It would be far more useful it we could allow this at the user level so that specified people including global admins can to override notice periods. In particular this is important for specific vendor users who should be allowed to override notice periods on their own catering/resources.

Support Portal Lockouts
It would be ideal if after a lockout the admin does not have to wait 30 mins before they can reset their password.

Allow colleagues to be tagged on to ticket on support portal
It would be good if I could tag colleagues on to support portal ticket at the time the ticket is raised (JIRA used to allow this)
